2 Introduction Dear Customer, Welcome to our 2018 Summer Fall Catalog! Whether you have purchased plants from us for many years, or are new to us this year, thank you for choosing Jolly Farmer. We hope that these pages will inspire you with ideas to keep your garden center or landscape jobs in full color from August through October, even November in some places. We offer a wide range of fall plants Mums, Asters, Pansies, Viola, Grasses, Kale, Dianthus, Dusty Miller, and Rudbeckia. Our quart program is the ideal size for creating fall planters and hangers, or refreshing flowerbeds that look tired after the summer s heat. Larger pots of Mums and Asters will add vibrant color to your customer s porches and patios, while plantings of Kale will provide brilliant displays even after repeated freezes have turned everything else brown. By early September, our beautiful cyclamen crop will be coming into flower. We encourage you to order some along with your outdoor plant orders, since indoor color is always in season. Chosen for their cold hardiness, our selection includes pansies, viola, dianthus, rudbeckia, dusty miller, and ajuga.
