2 Size and Fit Sure Fit has many products, styles and colors that will fit your home decor. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions: Will furniture covers fit sofa beds? When closed, sofa beds are just like regular sofas. This means you can use Sure Fit furniture covers on a double or queen-size sofa bed. You must remove the cover to open the sofa bed. If you have a furniture cover with a straight skirt design, you need only lift up the skirt in order to open the sofa bed. Will furniture covers fit Camel Back furniture? Our furniture covers will fit camel back furniture which falls within our standard measurements. See our measuring guide. We recommend using our Stretch products. Will furniture covers fit furniture with no arms? We recommend using our Furniture Throws for furniture with no arms. Will furniture covers fit furniture with thin/wooden arms? With a little bit of creativity, our furniture covers can fit over most thin-armed furniture.

4 Styling Tips It's all about the tucking (and other styling tips) that can make your furniture cover go from great to fabulous! Follow some of these tips, or if you have suggestions of your own, let our customer service team know! We are always looking for easy solutions to fit your needs: Tucking tips: Save your fingers and try using a wooden spoon to tuck in excess fabric. Tuck the fabric deep into the crevice where the arm meets the back of the furniture and down into where the arm meets the seat cushion. You can also roll up a magazine or use a pool "noodle" to hold the fabric in place. Just fasten the magazine with a rubber band, and insert it or the noodle deep into the furniture's crevices. Can I mix and match different fabrics? Yes. In fact, one rarely sees the same fabric all around a living room. Mixing patterns and textures is a wonderful way to get a professional decorator look in your living room. Sure Fit's furniture cover collection is designed to make mixing and matching easy: from stripes and florals to bold and light colors. Not sure what you would like? Order a few swatches, and determine which look would work best in your living space. How do I remove wrinkles? To avoid wrinkles after laundering, just pull the cover out of the dryer once the cycle is complete and immediately place it on the furniture. If your cover gets wrinkled in storage, simply toss it in the dryer with a damp cloth on low heat for ten minutes to remove the wrinkles. Do not tumble dry fabrics that have instructions to line dry. You can also use a hand-held steamer. Will furniture covers fit furniture with thin/wooden arms? With a little bit of creativity, our furniture covers can fit over most thin-armed furniture. Wrap inexpensive polyester batting from a craft store on the arms to pad them. Secure with string or Velcro. They will be completely hidden under your furniture cover. Will furniture covers fit furniture with loose back pillows? As long as your furniture measurements fall within our standard requirements, simply slip your cover right over the furniture and the pillows. You may have to adjust the pillows by overlapping them or removing a pillow or two depending on the look you want to achieve. How can you apply furniture covers to leather furniture? We suggest that you cover the furniture with non-skid rug padding. This helps prevent the cover from sliding on the leather's slippery surface.

6 Furniture Cover Fabrics All of our fabrics undergo rigorous quality tests in our in-house testing laboratory before being added to our product selection. We follow industry standards ASTM and AATCC in the following areas: Shrinkage (dimensional stability) - We only allow 5% shrinkage in order to keep the best fit wash after wash Appearance after washing - After washing several times, we check against the standard color to ensure the color remains true Crocking - Tests for colorfastness so the color does not rub off on your furniture or clothing Seam strength - We pull on the seams with tensile equipment to be sure the seams will hold strong Stretch test - We test the stretch and recovery of the fabric for fit consistency for all stretch fabrics We are making new strides in keeping colors consistent with our state of the art color matching system How do you care for your furniture cover? Sure Fit furniture covers are easy to care for. All covers are machine washable with a few exceptions. Each furniture cover comes with its own care instructions. The best way is to put the cover in the dryer with a damp cloth and tumble for ten minutes. We also test for ironing in our inhouse lab - refer to the care label to see if a warm iron can be used on your cover.
