3 Scope While Information Technology (IT) brought the industrial renovation in 21th century, Nano T echnology (NT) is gradually emerging as one of the major technologies leading the world to new era of science and engineering in the fields of materials science, physics, chemistry, bi ology & medicine. In accordance with such a big step toward new era, this conference is or ganized to review and exchange the information on the Nano researches. This conference will provide unique sessions for discussing the recent understanding on the multi-functional nano ceramics/crystals which stands in the center of Nano science. Because of the wide int erdisciplinary of the subject of this joint forum, it is expected for the forum to be an excellent opportunity for exchange of knowledge and experience on present advances and open pro blems in the field of nano ceramics/crystals among experts in physics, chemistry, and mater ials science and engineering. In particular, as a special topic the First International Worksho p for R&D Clustering among China-Japan-Korea in Eco-Materials Processing will be arrang ed in order to form the R&D Clustering on Eco-materials among China, Japan and Korea.
