TOWNLAND s Services included for Conceptual Soft Landscape Design through to the Tender Documentation stage and Periodic Site Inspections during the Construction Period. The Project comprises of the renovation of the Main Gateways of this Residential Area and the Commercial Arcade along the Main Boulevard, as well as the design of the Al-fresco Dining, Lobby Drop-off and Parking Area within the Mall Complex. Landscape Design of Grand Dadap City, Tangerang, Banten, TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare Conceptual Landscape Design for one of the largest mixed-use developments on the western outskirts of Jakarta, an area where most of the development is comprised of warehouse compounds. The Development comprises of a Mall, Shop-houses and Apartments. The landscape design interventions include designing a large Community Garden on a podium deck, the creation of a Grand Entrance statement around the lobby area and greening along roadside areas. The combination of Contemporary Chinese design features and modern architecture is a key design theme adopted for the Project. 2 Landscape Design of Ammi Hotel, Cepu, Central Java, TOWNLAND was commissioned by the Samali Group to undertake Landscape Design for the first 5-star Ammi Hotel in Cepu, a small oil block Town in Central Java. TOWNLAND s Services included of Conceptual Landscape Design through the Design Development stage. The Project comprises the design of the Entrance Gateway, the Drop-off Lobby and Perimeter Boundaries, the Swimming Pool Area and the Dining Pavilion. The concept creates a colonial style spatial experience, which is well-integrated with the modern amenities and the natural setting of Central Java s village surroundings. Landscape Design of Essence Darmawangsa, Kebayoran, South Jakarta, TOWNLAND was commissioned by the Samali Group to undertake Landscape Design for the renovation and extention of the existing high-end Apartment Complex, Essence Darmawangsa in South Jakarta. The Project consists of several Apartment Towers and Ammi Hotel Jakarta. TOWNLAND s Services included of Conceptual Landscape Design through to the Tender Documentation stage and Periodic Site Inspection during the Construction Period. The project comprises of the renovation design of the Entrance Gateway, Drop-off Lobbies, Feature Bridges and large Open Space Areas including a Central Water Body and Community Lawn. The design themes adopted integrate the moderate and luxurious ambience of the Development with lush tropical landscape as an oasis for inner city living. Landscape Design of Kensington Apartment, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, TOWNLAND was appointed to undertake the Landscape Design of Kensington Residences in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta with a landscape area of ±1.4ha. TOWNLAND s Services included of Conceptual Landscape Design through to the Tender Documentation stage and Periodic Site Inspection during the Construction Period. Being widely known as one of the most luxurious apartments in the northern part of Jakarta, the landscape design of the Kensington Apartments delivers high quality living with manicured outdoor spaces that represent a natural tropical landscape. Landscape Design of Ammi Uluwatu, Bali, Developed in ± 3.4 hectares land area, Sadiya Uluwatu is the first Townland s integrated scope of services from Conceptual Master Plan, Architectural Design, and Landscape Design.Located up above the rocky hilltop, Sadiya Uluwatu grants an essence of Bali inside the compound through the design of its architecture and landscape elements. Balinese Village is the key design idea for the architecture of the building as well as for the overall landscape area. Tropical lush is chosen to strengthen the nature of this Balinese Village. Entrance Gateway of Summarecon Bandung, Gedebage, Bandung, West Java, TOWNLAND prepared the Conceptual Landscape Design of 3.77 ha entrance gateway that is inspired by the geo-historical background of the creation of Bandung City. It is planned to be a new city landmark for Summarecon Bandung, which represent the celebration of the inspiring 40 years voyage of Summarecon as one of the most renowned property developer in It serves also as the Bandung City s icon, where people can be proud of. 3 Landscape Design of Streetscape and Open Space Area, Biringkanaya, Makassar, South Sulawesi, TOWNLAND is commissioned to do the conceptual and schematic landscape design of the 22 ha area of the Streetscape and the Open Space Area of Summarecon Makassar. The most important strategy for this project is to select high quality soft landscape materials that are available at the local market. Fast growing and easy maintenance species are chosen to compliment the European Classic concept of the Surrounding Architectural Style of the overall township development. Landscape Design of Main Gateway at Solo Baru, Solo, Central Java, TOWNLAND is commissioned to do Conceptual and Schematic Landscape Design of the m2 of the area as the Main Gateway of the Kahyangan in Solo Baru. The key design idea for the project is to combine the Tropical Modern softscape with the Classical Javanese hardscape detail. Epoch Story of Gatotkaca carved in the urban sculpture located on the roundabout in front of the Main Entrance area is highlighted to strengthen the storyline of the Classical Javanese concept. Conceptual Landscape Planning and Landscape Design Guidelines Pantai indah Kapuk 2 (PIK 2), Tangerang, Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK2) is a 900 ha strategic new satellite township near the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and adjacent to northern Jakarta coastline. TOWNLAND was commissioned to develop the Preliminary Land Use Plan into Conceptual Master Plan, Conceptual Landscape Planning and further to Broad Urban Design and Landscape Design Guidelines. The guidelines is proposed as the new regulation to elaborate the Conceptual Master Plan. Preliminary Conceptual Master Planning, Architectural Design and Landscape Design of Resort Development in Pulau Bira Besar, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta. Pulau Bira Besar, one of the 1000 Islands off the coast of Jakarta, and is a new eco-resort and a regional tourism icon that will cater to the family and corporate market offering exclusive beachfront, forest and floating villas for the high-end market. Located in the heart of Brunei s Capital, Bandar Seri Begawan, the Sungai Kedayan Eco-Corridor Project comprises the revitalization of Kampong Ayer Zone A, which stretches 1.2 km across a Waterfront Park and Promenade from the mouth of the Kedayan River to the Edinburgh Bridge, and links two of the City s important landmarks: the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien (SOAS) Mosque and the Darussalam Palace. The Park is currently known as the Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas in commemoration of the 50 year coronation of His Majesty, the Sultan of Brunei.
