He holds a BS degree in Anthropology from the University of Idaho and a MA degree in Anthropology from the University of Montana. Mr. McKetta has worked for Federal, State, and Private organizations in Arizona, British Columbia, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. This included projects ranging from Class III inventories to large data recovery and analysis projects. He is experienced in conducting projects that comply with NHPA Sections 106 and 110, NEPA, and Section 4(f) of the DOT act.
