This established brand includes a fullly functioning website that tremendously showcases the business, a profesionally designed logo, and an established history of amazing service and work in the Coachella Valley. The established name, logo, and history of GLS Landscaping is included in this proposal. 9 9. Value Proposed sale price: $2,100,000 The proposed sale price is a sum of the value of all of the aspects of the business. This includes the aforementioned equipment inventory, services provided, and established goodwill, as well as the financial summary to folllow. In this section we provide the financials for the current service contracts held by GLS Landscaping, in addition to a snapshot sampling of the jobs contracted by GLS Landscpaing to execute individually at the time of their professional business assessment. These contracts and long-standing relationships provide a stable and substantial gross income for the new business operator.
