OPEN SPACE REVENUE BONDS Discussion and possible action to approve a request to the Board of Supervisors to issue $12.5 million in additional Open Space revenue bonds to help fund Sava Pool and to provide the city match to the City Fields Foundation for additional conversion of department playfields to artificial turf. (ACTION ITEM) 7. VISITACION VALLEY GREENWAY Discussion and possible action to award a construction contract to Synergy Project Management, Inc., in the amount of $1,169,400 to construct base and all alternate bid items for the development of the Tioga Lot of the Visitacion Valley Greenway. (ACTION ITEM) 8. EXCELSIOR PLAYGROUND Discussion and possible action to award a construction contract to Phoenix Electric Company in the amount of $156,553 to replace the ball field lights at Excelsior Playground. (ACTION ITEM) 9. ROSSI PLAYGROUND Discussion and possible action to approve an increase in the expenditure of existing appropriated project construction funds from $211,000 to $229,856 over and above the awarded construction contract of $705,000 to Sean W. Smith for the renovation of Rossi Playground to fund additional work. (ACTION ITEM)

CALIFORNIA ACADEMY OF SCIENCES TRADE PACKAGES Discussion and possible action to decrease the construction budget for the following trade packages:1)fire Protection trade package 6366A-7 from $3,960,000 to $3,560,436 with a total percentage change of % for the California Academy of Sciences project; 2) Elevator trade package 6366A-8 from $3,697,000 to $2,784,200 with a total percentage change of % for the California Academy of Sciences project and 3) Epoxy Floors trade package 6366A-21 from $515,251 to $426,160 with a total percentage change of % for the California Academy of Sciences project. (ACTION ITEM) 11. RECREATION AND PARK DEPRARTMENT SITE ASSESSEMENTS AND COMET FACILITY CONDITION SOFTWARE Presentation and discussion only on the completed Recreation and Park Department Site Assessments and demonstration of the COMET facility condition assessment software, which has been configured to accommodate all of the 235 Department sites and facilities. (DISCUSSION ONLY) 12. PUBLIC COMMENT At this time members of the public may address the Commission on items that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Recreation and Park Commission and that do not appear on the agenda. 13.
