NORTH JERSEY SENIOR SERVICES STUDY DEMOGRAPHIC AND HOUSING MAPS As part of a senior services study in Northern New Jersey, I mapped population change among people 65 and older in the study area. This helped the research team identify migration, aging and housing trends in New Jersey s four northeastern counties. APPLICATIONS ARCGIS The senior services research team assessed housing costs and affordable housing options for seniors throughout the study area. To get better sense of where senior homeowners are struggling, I mapped housing costs, effective tax burdens and federally subsidized affordable housing for the region. APPLICATIONS ARCGIS Page 05
