ecorexpo, Azerbaijan's only INTERNATIONAL FURNITURE, HOME TEXTILE AND DHOUSEWARE FAIR was accomplished with industry-leading participants from 7 countries on 28-30 April 2016 at Baku Expo Center through successful organization of Atilim Fairs and Elan Expo. DECOREXPO, organized with the cooperation of Atilim Fairs and Elanexpo held with the participants from 10 countries, notably Azerbaijan, Turkey, Belgium, India, Spain, France, Polond, Iran, Switzerland, United Kingdom 75 international brands and 3.600 visitors. This important event has brought together leading companies in the sector from Europe and all around the world. Moreno Concept Furniture, Baytek Baylar Furniture, Ar-İş Mirror, Teksplast Imitation Leather and Gap Textile- Çalık Group from Turkey; Rapsodi, Versace, Naturel Carper, Decor Group from Azerbaijan; The Paper Partnership from England; De Poortere from Belgium, were some of exclusive participants of Decor Expo. 420 B2B meetings were performed before the exhibition as the result of Match Making (B2B) works which was conducted by professional team of Atilim Fairs and Elan Expo. Decor Expo has brought something new to Azerbaijan market to gathering the participants in one platform in the sector of furniture, carpet, home textile. ALL THE FURNITURES OF THE WORLD IN THIS FAIR Azerbaijan DecorExpo has become an unique platform where sector professionals and Azerbaijan public can reach world famous brands of all kinds of furniture and accessories, decoration products, all kinds of carpet and glassware products with reasonable prices. Azerbaijan which has shown a notable economic growth increased national revenue in the recent years, has also proven that Decor Expo Fair's effectiveness in terms of new partnership and profitable commercial collaboration oppurtunities. DecorExpo, which will host the sector professional once again in Azerbaijan, will be held on 09-11 March 2017 at Baku Expo Center. COMMUNICATION HIGHLIGHTS PRINTED MEDIA Advertising works had done on sectoral magazines and Azerbaijan newspapers with wide circulation. Press releases were distributed to media institutions throughout Baku and nearby cities. In Turkey, distribution of press releases and advertising works on sectoral magazines had done. Advertising works, were featured on HAZAR TV, ANS TV and REGION HABER TV the most popular channels of Azerbaijan broadcasted live during the exhibition. Besides, advertising works and press releases was published on AZERINFO.AZ, AFN.AZ, AFRICAN DESIGN and HEIMTEXTIL magazines and news portals. OUTDOOR ADVERTISEMENTS In Baku, Ganja and Masalli 120 outdoor advertisements done as Billboards and Posters. In Baku and nearby cities outdoor advertisements done in most crowded places, busiest streets, bridges and buildings wall located in busiest roads. Led screen monitor advertisements done at the Baku Expo Center as 2.100 spots.
COMMUNICATION HIGHLIGHTS ONLINE ON WEB Banner broad casts on news portals, which the related sectors proffessionals follow closely, sending mails to there lated target population and news operations were made on the hit rated websites. RADIO ADVERTISEMENTS 105 spots commercials were broadcasted on most popular radio channels of Azerbaijan, especially on newscasts. 106 FM ANSÇM Radyo Burç FM Media FM 106,3 FM MATCH MAKING Professional B2B meetings were arranged to exhibitors related their sectors by force of Match-Making system which is conducted by us professionally. This system helped the exhibitors to achive beneficial results and find reliable business partners. 420 B2B meetings had done during the exhibition. 92.500 professional e-mailing sent 50.000 invitations are distributed in Baku, Ganja and Masalli 1500 VIP invitations are delivered to sectoral professionals and Government Authorities 72 units roll-up advertisements were done in the city centers, Five Star Hotels and municipalities. Azerbaijan DecorExpo attracted a great attention by international participants and visitors at the sectoral exhibitions where handed out of brochures.
