Promote sustainable design and development by providing incentives to developers that offer green, environmentally sensitive projects. nsure that Plan Area development embraces the an Leandro Bay by orienting new uses on the south side of Interstate 880 toward the waterfront and instituting bay-friendly design and construction practices.
