Existing furnace units are not relocated and are not in contract (not touched) 17. Sheet P-1 Show hot and cold water piping. The is a personal preference only and not required. Isometric drawing indicates work to be accomplished. Adding piping to P-1 only clutters the plumbing plan. 18. Sheet P-2 Specify for ASSE 1070 thermostatic mixing valves be provided at every tempered faucet / fixture ADA and non-ada as required by the 2003 IPC. CONCUR, REVISED PLUMBING SCHEDULE TO USE WATTS FAUCET Specify supply and waste trap ADA insulation wrap and off-set grid strainer for knee space clearance. The drawings will be updated as indicated in the responses below: 7. IEBC Sect. 605.7 Means of Egress lighting required to comply with IBC 2003. Note Sect. 605.7.2 requires this throughout entire floor. RESPONSE: Concur. We will ensure existing lights complies with IBC 2003, section 605.7.2. We will supplement with new emergency where existing emergency lights are not in compliance. 8. IEBC Sect. 605.8 Exit signs to comply with IBC 2003. Note Sect. 605.8.2 requires this throughout entire floor. RESPONSE: Concur. Existing exit lights comply with IBC 2003, section 605.8.2. 9. Will provide a shunt trip breaker on the branch circuit feeding the range and will require the shunt trip to operate upon activation of Anusl extinguishing system. 14. Sheet E-3: Light fixture "P" remarks indicate to provide with 0-1OV dimming (Osram 0-10 volt dimming ballast OZI O selected) but legend on sheet E-1 shows $30 switch to be 120 volt dimmer switch. RESPONSE: Concur. Will modify description in legend for Dimming switch to indicate dimmer shall operate on 0-10V. 15. Sheet E-3: Existing emergency lighting locations denoted with hex note "2" do not appear to comply with 2003 IBC I 006.4 requirements of one footcandle average and 0. 1 footcandle minimum at any point.
