CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE The guarantee period starts the day of putting the equipment into service at the user s place, for a duration of one year that is to say 2000 hours. The guarantee is strictly limited to our equipments, against the defects of matter and execution, with the buyer s responsibility to prove the known defects. Our responsibility is limited to the obligation to rectify or replace free of charge the parts acknowledged as faulty by ourselves, and there will no claim for any indemnity whatever the reason given. Parts replaced under the guarantee: remain our property are the subject of an invoicing of deposit A credit of cancellation is activated as soon as the faulty parts are returned. The return will have to occur ONE MONTH MAXIMUM after the intervention. THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER: The retail consumables such as: fuses, bulbs, transformers, joint, flexible devices, covers... The supplies, which are not our own manufacturing, undergo the guarantee of their manufacturer. THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY: To replacements, nor repairs which would result from normal wear and tear of apparatus and machines, of deteriorations and accidents coming from negligence, defect of monitoring and maintenance, defective use or modifications without our written agreement. In case of vice coming from the material supplied by the buyer, or a design imposed by the latter. To repairs which would result from deteriorations or accidents occurred during transport. To operations of maintenance and adjustments inherent in the use of the machine, and indicated in the maintenance manual, such as: adjustments of intermediaries screwing of piping, etc do not enter the clauses of guarantee. For the pneumatic machines, any trace of detergent oil in the pneumatic circuit inhibits the conditions of guarantee previously mentioned. INSTALLATION OF THE MACHINE 1. HANDLING Unpack the machine from its box. For this use a box spanner n 10 and an allen key n 4 to remove the screw which maintain the machine on the pallet. Place it on a stable table. 2. INSTALLATION After having positioned the equipment on its working place, Connect the power cable in the plug situated on the right side of the machine. This press was designed for an operator working opposite the machine.. USE 1. It is recommended to carefully read the instruction manual before you start any pressing operation. 2. The press will have to be used by a qualified person who will have been informed of the risks which can be caused by misuse of the equipment. Page N 5

POWERING UP When powered up, the regulator displays the temperature, the green LED under the temperature dial goes on to indicate the type of display. 3. SETTING When a «Bip» rings, it shows the operator that the dial has been properly activated. Holding dial or and «+» or «-» will scroll the digits continuously. To scroll unit by unit, the operator will have to give impulses on dial «+» or «-» without releasing dial or A. TEMPERATURE To modify the temperature parameters, the operator will have to press simultaneously on dials & «+» to increase the temperature on dials & «-» to decrease the temperature When the temperature is reached, the green LED will go on ( above dial «-») and the red LED below dial «+» will go off. B. TIME The LED above dial will go on as soon as the dial will be activated. To modify the time parameters, the operator will have to hold simultaneously dials & «+» to increase the time les touches & «-» to decrease the time Page N 6

PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT The pressure is obtained by moving the heating plate closer to the cold plate. Tourner le volant qui se trouve sur le dessus de la colonne : clockwise to increase the pressure, anticlockwise to decrease it. MAINTENANCE 1. EVERY DAY clean the heating plate with a dry cloth. 2. ACCORDING TO THE USE Change the silicone rubber as soon as it is damaged or it has lost its characteristics. DESCRIPTION OF THE CYCLE: 1. The operator will have to power the machine up by moving down the general switch which is on the right side of the frame 2. Set the temperature to 180 (or to define according the type of transfer) See SETTING 3-A. 3. Set the time of application to 15 seconds (or to define according the type of transfer) See SETTING 3- B. 4. Set the pressure (to define according the type of transfer). 5. Position the tee-shirt on the lower plate. 6. Ajuster la feuille de transfert. 7. Lower the heating plate using the handle. 8. When the plate is in contact with the tee-shirt, the timer goes on. 9. At the end of the countdown, the buzzer will ring. 10. Pull the heating plate up. Page N 7

POSSIBLE BREAKDOWNS Any maintenance intervention must be done when the machine is off and locked (electric energy unplugged) The heating plate can cause burns. The operator must make sure that its temperature is lower than 25 C on the display unit before any handling. Page N 8

ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWNS SYMPTOMS POSSIBLE BREAKDOWNS REPAIRS The plate will not heat The fuse is out of order If no light on the press goes on, check the fuse, change it if necessary GENERAL FUSE located in a seating next to the plug of the power supply cable (10 A ). To access it, pull the electrical cable off with the tip of a pen or a screwdriver, lift the fuse seating. You will find in a square tube a spare fuse to replace the one in the clip.
