Review and provide guidance to the Project Team on the overall direction of the Cary Community Plan as presently drafted. 3. Do not support Rural Road designs neighborhoods want suburban amenities 2. Want to avoid 6-lane roads, but want median if must have that width 3. Need stronger policies on when sidewalks get built 4.
