2) Designed an optical system for AVL 520 single cylinder diesel engine to measure the temperature using the techniques of (CARS). 3) Developed a computer model to solve the radiative transfer equation using the Spherical Harmonic Approximation. 4) Evaluated and classified the applications of ceramics in reciprocating internal combustion engines. 5) Developed a theory for the flow of wormlike macromolecule suspensions, and developed a computer model to solve special cases of the theory.
