Entertain Preview Evening Monday 2 July 2018, 5.00pm-10.30pm The Preview Evening is the first opportunity to experience the show with limited guest numbers, allowing sponsors to entertain in comfort and style. It is a perfect opportunity for sponsors to promote their company in a celebratory atmosphere, against a backdrop of horticultural excellence. Live music throughout the showground adds to the ambience, and this magical evening culminates in a spectacular firework finale. Preview Evening Garden Functions Exclusive to garden sponsors, dedicated space can be reserved next to the gardens for private Preview Evening garden functions The official show caterer can provide off the shelf or tailored catering packages, to be delivered and served al fresco The complimentary white marquees or sponsors own bespoke engagement structures provide wet weather options for Show Garden entertaining; with opportunities to increase the marquee size to accommodate larger numbers, as required So nice to see the designers enjoying their gardens and being able to talk to them about the design.
