The Clearwater Bluff/Waterfront Master Plan has the potential to activate downtown and connect it to the waterfront. Clearwater Waterfront/Bluff Master Plan 2

Cities are activating their waterfronts as a way to enliven their downtowns, combining passive and active uses. TAMPA RIVERFRONT ST. PETERSBURG PIER MIAMI MUSEUM PARK BRADENTON RIVERWALK Clearwater Waterfront/Bluff Master Plan 3
