TBARTA Legislation Enabling legislation provides that TBARTA should work with all partners (including private sector), prioritize projects, and ensure a seamless regional and local transportation system. The authority s purpose is to improve mobility and expand multimodal transportation options for passengers and freight throughout the seven-county region. What is TBARTA?

Regional Priority Projects Gateway Connector & 118 th Ave. Express Pinellas County: Connecting Bayside Bridge, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), the Greater Gateway Area, US 19 and I-275 Single-lane flyover from southbound Bayside Bridge to eastbound Roosevelt. Four express lanes from PIE, south to CR 296/118 th Ave. Estimated Cost: $331 million TBARTA Ask: Move forward with Design Build contract for first two segments.

Regional Priority Projects Howard Frankland Bridge Connecting Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties Replacement of northbound span of the Howard Frankland Bridge with potential for express lanes and transit PD&E for bridge replacement complete Estimated Cost: $390 million, $25 million to strengthen bridge substructure for technology TBARTA Ask: Retain funding to replace the bridge and strengthening of the substructure for potential transit in the FDOT Work Program - Accelerate as a Design Build

Regional Priority Projects TIA People Mover/Westshore Intermodal Center Extension of TIA Automated People Mover (APM) to planned TIA Rental Car Facility (ConRAC), and to future Westshore Intermodal Center TIA Master Plan: $318 million construction of ConRAC, $417.5 million to extend the APM to ConRAC, $208 million for road, terminal and airfield improvements and other improvements necessary TBARTA Ask: $272 million for the construction of APM extension, terminal improvements, road improvements and other projects necessary to accommodate the people mover alignment

Regional Priority Projects I-275/SR 60/Memorial Interchange Hillsborough County Connecting Howard Frankland Bridge to S. of Lois Avenue to SR 60/Memorial Highway Estimated Cost: $515 million TBARTA Ask: $100 million for advanced ROW acquisition

Regional Priority Projects Express Lanes on I-275 Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties Connecting Gateway Area, across the Howard Frankland Bridge, to Westshore/downtown Tampa FDOT Interim Express Lanes Included in TBARTA Master Plan TBARTA Ask: Move forward with Design Build of first portion of I -275 Express Lanes from Lois Avenue to Hillsborough River

Regional Priority Projects Extension of the Suncoast Parkway Extends the Suncoast Parkway 27 miles north connecting Hernando and Citrus Counties from US 98 to US 19 Region-to-region connection Design plans 60% complete TBARTA Study: Westshore to Crystal River/Inverness Transit Corridor Evaluation Estimated Cost: $570 million TBARTA Ask: $100 million for advanced ROW acquisition

Regional Priority Projects University Parkway/I-75 Interchange Area Manatee and Sarasota Counties Emerging mixed-use activity center Interchange area improvements Estimated Cost: $80-90 million for ROW and Construction phases TBARTA Ask: Move forward with ROW necessary to advance construction
