Troubleshooting Use the following guidelines to identify any problems that occur during operation. Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action 1. No LED Reading Blown fuse Damaged cable Faulty sensor Replace. 2. No product inspection System not in RUN mode Verify that Button 1 (RUN/IDLE) is in RUN position. 3. No/erratic product detection Trigger sensor not functioning properly Sensitivity settings on trigger too high Trigger not mounted securely Sensitivity adjustment on trigger not set to proper setting. Increase or decrease as required. Inspect and clean. If sensor is damaged, replace. Check PIN outputs to verify sensor operation and fault readouts. Lower sensitivity setting. Check mounting and increase sensitivity setting. 65-SVC10-MA-01 14 Issued 2/10
