Silver jubilee event was conducted with lot of fun and gaiety on the 12th of March 211 at the Chancery Pavilion Hotel, Residency Road, Bangalore. About 35 people attended the function, including our employees, VIP customers and business associates and other dignitaries. All the employees with 1 years of service or more were honored. They are the backbone of the Company. Mr. K. K. Kini Chairman & Managing Director The year ended March 31, 211 was a very good year for the company, with 3% growth in turnover, 6% growth in Order booking and Profit. Ultrafilter India has come of age as a leader in the filtration & Dryer Industry. Cornerstone of our success is the loyalty of our employees and management to the spirit and vision of the company founders. Ultrafilter India is now a big family with plenty of goodwill and love radiating towards each other. Therefore we say working together as a family spells success. Board of Directors Ms. Nandini K Kini has joined the Board of Directors recently. Nandini comes to ultrafilter (india) pvt. ltd. with a rich background. She earned a B.Tech Degree in Computer Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Suratkal with Distinction and 2nd rank. She worked for IBM before joining MBA Degree program at the world renowned Duke University, USA. She has since being working for Companies like Booz Allen Hamilton, Gartner Company etc., She is presently working as a Senior Manager for Standard Chartered bank and is looking after the Credit Risk Management portfolio of the Bank's International Operations. We are also pleased to announce Mr. G.S. Prakash, B.Com., FCA, has joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Prakash is a practicing Chartered Accountant and Financial Advisor to many companies. He has over 3 years experience in Corporate Financial Management. Velcon Filters. LLC Vel con. jp Harish Jani As a result of extensive negotiation, M/S VELCON FILTERS, LLC. World leader in liquid filtration and aviation turbine fuel coalescers, have appointed ultrafilter (india) pvt. ltd. as a distributor of their products in India. This is a major breakthrough for the company because of the huge size of the market in India for Velcon range of Products. Other similar business tie-ups are in the pipeline. Mr. Harish Jani has recently joined our group as a President of Dryers Division. Mr. Jani comes to our group with more than four decades of experience in special Dryers in the Indian market. All state-of-the-art dryers will be introduced from now on to significantly boost our sales. f resident's remarks With the completion of 25 years of service to the Filtration Industry the company has moved from strength to strength with respect to increase in customer base, technology enhancement and last but not least increase in turnover and sales. We now look forward to further increasing our sales performances by 1% within the next 3 to 4 years. This is definitely possible considering the number of new projects coming up in the Power, Steel and Oil and natural Gas exploration sectors, Chemical, Fertilizers and Refineries. Mr. S. Surendran President- Filter Division We have recently ventured into new and challenging areas wherein we have supplied filtration systems and dryers to high end customers such as L&T, Ell, PDIL, BHEL, BPCL, JSW, GAIL etc., These customers have purchased equipment with high technological features which also cater to their stringent quality requirements. To go forward further we have to keep improving our technology, our quality and of course what the customer always looks for, economy in cost. We also have to keep improving our responses to the customers be it in quoting or in service requirements and always keep in mind the customers implied needs. I am sure with the combined efforts of all at ultrafilter Group we can achieve the goals that have been set for the future growth of the company. Honourable chief guest Mr. Dayanand Pai (Leading Real Estate Business Man & Philanthropist) along with other Mr. K.S. Sharma DGM -Sales dignitaries present, inaugurated the programme. Our beloved Chairman & Managing Director took us through 25 years of wonderful journey, the hurdles faced, how the company grew from strength to strength and the successes achieved. It was indeed our privilege to listen to him and also Mr. M.P Kini, Mr. Dayanand Pai, Mr. Vasanth Cavale, Mr. J.P.Nayak, Mr. Y S Hegde. Ms Nandini Kini also took us through the emotional association with ultrafilter through initial face. We were treated with wonderful Mix of Cultural Dance Programmes, thanks to Ms. Kanchana and team who organized a wonderful event. Various well known artists from the very noted event management company AIM EVENTS performed different dance forms including Ganganapathi-Samanvay Fusion, Kuchipudi, Doll dance, Martial Arts etc. I have been a part of this journey for 18 years and I feel really proud of being a member of ultrafilter family. Heatless desiccant dryers made of SS 34 material, operating at 8.8 bar with flowrate of 12 cfm. Molecular seives are used to achieve -73 C PDP Dry gas Filters incorporated with QOEC from Sypris-USA. Filters designed for flow rate of 2. MMSCMD and operating pressure of 46 bar. Activated charcoal bed f1lters for amine solution - Operating pressure is 4. 7 bar and flowrate is 2.5 m 3 /hr.
