Ltd have our work shop at GIDC Manusar with highly Qualified & Experienced Engineers in Design, Manufacturing, Quality & Safety, Procurement etc. The company is engaged to execute various types of equipments / accessories as listed for process industries like Petrochemicals, Refineries and Oil & Gas & Power sector. We have experience in fabrication & supply of CS Storage Tank of Floating Roof, Cone /Dome Roof & Cone /dome cum Floating Roof Type in knock down condition for export orders. Apart from tanks, we have experience in supply of technological/ pipe rack/ transmission tower/ building structure, ducting etc. in knock down condition after mock up assembly as per client requirement for domestic as well as export order. We design and manufacture as per most of the Indian and International codes, such as API, ASME, BS, DIN, IBR, IS etc. We are fabricating equipments in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel-304, 304-L, 316, 316L, SS 410, other materials overlaid with Monel, Inconel and Stainless Steel under ASME Section VIII, Div. I & II Our associate companies has wide experience for Construction/ Erection/ Installation of Cryogenic double wall Tanks for low temperature services, SS Silos/Tanks, Dowtherm Heaters, Horton Sphere, Pig Iron Project, Structures, Equipments & Piping work, Manufacture, Supply & replacement of Floating Roof Seal for Refinery, Petrochemical Plants For various Clients under third party inspection like M/s. 8 Separators Skid The 2/3 phase separators are designed to meet separation of mixture water/ gas /oil received from exploration. Separators are designed on data received customer like flow rates of oil, water and gas, process conditions and vessel operation required. Vessel skids designed to code applicable for the installation. Generally from ASME Section VIII, ANSI B31.1, API RP14C etc. Complete detailed engineering like nozzles.skid and vessel including skid layout, saddle etc. Internals inlet impingement baffles, wave baffles, flow straightening baffles, mist eliminators weir boxes, wave breakers, splash guards, down comers & vortex breakers provided for effective separations Controls & Instrumentation provided to accurately measure the Gas, Oil & water flows, regulate the pressure & monitor the levels of oil, water in the separator Oil & Water automatic removal system provided 7

9 Water Bath Heater Indirect Water Bath Heaters are designed as per API 12K. The heating of high-pressure natural gas upstream of a pressure regulation station in order to prevent the internal formation of natural gas water hydrates downstream of the pressure regulator.
