5 Electrical Heating Mantles. Heating Mantles are available in standard construction from 50ml to 200 liters. These mantels are used for non hazardous safe areas. Mantels are designed to cover flasks at the equator and to heat the flask uniformly. These can be used to heat liquids up to 300 C.Heating elements are perfectly insulated by glass sleeving & ceramic beads. Heating mantels are lagged glass wool insulation with maximum thickness to achieve high efficiency. Temperature control unit is provided in a projecting unit with switches, pilot lamps etc. We manufacture all the heating mantles keeping the Borosil Flask as the standard size flask. 7 Flame Proof Heating Mantles. General construction of Flame Proof Glands are screwed into the terminal box. The construction of FLP-WP Heating Mantle is similar to normal heating mantle but difference is in construction of heating elements. Heating elements is Flame Proof by covering it in magnesium oxide powder and anti corrosive S.S. Tubing. Theses jackets are used for processing kettle, storage tank, drums etc; it can heat liquids up to 300 C The heating elements of the jackets is perfectly insulated by glass sleeving. Fiber glass cloth is used for heating surface. Thick gauge M S sheet is used for outer casing, heating jacket is lagged with glass wool insulation with maximum thickness to achieve high efficiency. A separate temperature control unit is provided with temperature control regulators switches, pilot lamps etc. Electric heating jackets are tailor made as per requirement.
