2 SPECIFICATION AND INVENTORY The owner hired a captain to go top to bottom on the vessel and check everything over the winter of 2015! He then compiled a list and the owner said do it all! Twin Tides is back in the water and ready to go. She is turn key and ready for your thorough inspection cosmetically and mechanically. She has distinctive tri-deck styling, a large enclosed skylounge, and true salon, dining and country kitchen space. There are two equally impressive accommodation spaces, providing five en suite staterooms with a day head on the main deck. SALON The Salon entrance is via the Aft Deck through curved stainless steel double doors. To port there is a sectional seating arrangement accompanied by a coffee table. Fluted columns separate the salon from the dining area. To starboard is an upholstered swivel chair. Forward is built-in entertainment cabinet. The dining table comfortably seats six. Aft of the table is a buffet with three cabinets and three drawers for accessories. An excellent example of the fine Lazzaras craftsmanship found throughout the 80 SC is the curved front beveled glass china cabinets which offer interior lighting. Below are cabinets and drawers for dinnerware and table linens. To starboard is another buffet with four drawers and four cabinets providing plenty of storage for additional dining accessories. The buffet serves as a divider for the stairs to the lower deck owner and guest accommodations. Complete with full size appliances which include: Kitchen Aid Superba double door stainless steel refrigerator, a Kitchen Aid Superba oven/convection oven, a Kitchen Aid four burner ceramic cook top and GE Spacemaker microwave with work light and exhaust

3 fan below, Kitchen Aid trash compactor and two Sub Zero freezer drawer. Storage is in the three cabinets and three drawers below the granite countertop. Forward the center island is a curved settee to seat six with matching granite table top. Substantial top loading storage is just forward of the settee. Overhead are 19 halogen mini spots, two stereo speakers, four AC vents and a Samsung 13" LCD TV & additional DVD player. In a cabinet just forward of the starboard side entry door to the Fore Deck are two JVC KD AM/FM/DC players. One is for the Galley, the other dedicated to the exterior Fore Deck area. MASTER STATEROOM Starboard of the Grand Salon is carpeted stairs leading down to the Master and Guest Suites. At the base of the stairs is a small hanging locker. The Foyer flooring is done in marble. A curved two door cabinet offers lighting for your special "piece" to be displayed. Across from the cabinet are tow full size closets; one is for your linens and the other is one of two on board Bosch washer/dryer sets. Via the foyer are the entrances to the staterooms. The full beam Master Suite features, a king size center-lined bed and has a solid wood base that offers five large storage drawers beneath. Starboard aft is a chest of drawers with three open shelves above for decorative items or books. Forward is a desk/vanity and chair. Completing the starboard side is addition drawer space and two open shelves above the bureau. A walk-in closet provides built-in drawers and shelves, shoe racks and hanging space. To the rear of the closet is another lockable storage space that allows for luggage storage without taking space from the closet. A full size mirror is hung on the interior door. A manual safe is hidden in the closet for personal items or cash. Ports are matching bureaus with open. VIP STATEROOM 1 Utilizing half the beam of the yacht to its best advantage, the queen berth in the Port VIP Guest Stateroom is athwartships and walk-around on three sides. En-suite Guest head has a curved vanity cabinet with under-mount sink, fixtures, bull nosed marble countertops that match the sole and a Microphor toilet. The stall shower has a clear glass door with sidelight, a fiberglass stall shower and a hand held or wall mountable fixture. Also in this head is an exhaust fan, an AC outlet and four overhead mini-spots. VIP STATEROOM 2 The starboard stateroom is a mirror of the port staterrom. Utilizing half the beam of the yacht to its best advantage, the queen berth in the Port VIP Guest Stateroom is athwartships and walk-around on three sides. En-suite Guest head has a makore (cherry wood) curved vanity cabinet with under-mount sink, fixtures, bull nosed marble countertops that match the sole and a Microphor toilet. The stall shower has a clear glass door with sidelight, a fiberglass stall shower and a hand held or wall mountable fixture. Also in this head is an exhaust fan, an AC outlet and four overhead mini-spots. SKYLOUNGE The Skylounge is carpeted and to starboard is a curved three to four person sofa with a Hide-A-Bed underneath. To port is an occasional chair, a cabinet with a 34'' Panasonic flat screen HDTV, a U-Line icemaker, three storage cabinets and three drawers. Overhead an inset area of the ceiling has rope lights and eight halogen mini spots on the perimeter. Aft is curved stainless steel "Trend" double sliding door leading to the boat deck. Also, in the Skylounge is a JVC THA10 AM/FM/CD DVD player and eleven overhead halogen mini spots.
