4 2. Construction Planning This yacht will be delivered in 24 months after receiving the first payment. If there are any changes of the payment schedule or the project, the delivery time will be postponed accordingly. If the delivery schedule of the boat couldn t be on time due to some changes of the project agreed by both parties, then the schedule should be extended after mutual consent in writing. 3.
