4 IMPORTANT Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future reference. WARNING Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance. Please make sure to cut off the power when dismantle, install or debug the appliance. Before operating the appliance, please check the cord or plug, blade and other components, if any component has been damaged, please discontinue using the appliance, and contact service center safety reason. Please don t disassemble and repair by yourself for safety reason. 4 Never use any accessories or parts from other manufactures. 5 To protect against electrical shocks or other accidents, do not immerse the electrical cord, plug or motor housing in the water and other liquid. 6 Always unplug the appliance after using. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. 7 Do not repair by yourself if you are unclear about this appliance because of high voltage inside that can potentially cause electrical shock. 8 9 Assemble all parts accordingly to the instruction manual, before using the appliance. When the appliance is working, it s imperatively forbidden to put your hands or other object into the chopper. Always be careful and pay close attention to the appliance while using to prevent any unfortunate accidents USING THE APPLIANCE 1 2 Therefore, avoid contact and keep hair, clothes and other utensils away from heated parts of the appliance. Don t touch to any removable parts when it is working. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Before using, remove all packaging material and clean the chopper lid & chopper blade as described in the "Cleaning" section. Do not wash the main body of the chopping under running water to prevent malfunctioning. Make sure that the appliance is completely turned off before dismantling all the part. INSTALLATION USING THE APPLIANCE FOR EACH FUNCTION Picture 1 Step 1: - Take motor and chopper lid away from the container and put the chopper bowl onto a stable, dry and clean working surface. - Make sure that the chopper blade is correctly assembled and positioned on the circle in the middle of the container (As shown in picture 1). Note: Always insert the chopper blade before filling in the foods. 6 7

Picture 2 Picture 3 Picture 4 Picture 5 Step 2: - Insert sealing ring into chopping lid to help the chopper lid tighten and hold the lid firmly (As shown in picture 2 & 3). - Fill the container with food such as: Meat, potato, carrot... Caution - It is important to slice or chop the food into sizable pieces before putting it into the chopper. It is not recommended that the amount of food reaches the indicated "max" level marked on the bowl (As shown in picture 4). - It is recommended that the food be chopped into smaller pieces (for example: an amount of 300g of meat should be chopped into pieces of around 1.5cm to 2cm approximately) to protect and increase the longevity and durability of the equipment. Doing this will help to reduce the food preparation time of the appliance and help you processed the food for a much more desirable outcome ready to help your cooking performance. -Before starting the grinding process, you should steam or cook the food first to make it easier for the appliance to function at its best. Picture 6 Picture 7 Picture 8 Step 3: Put the chopper lid on(as shown in picture 5). - Put the motor onto the appliance. Noted: - If the appliance is not put together correctly, it won't function. - To protect your BlueStone's product, please carefully read the instruction manual. Hard food and ingredients such as coffee beans, cinnamon, cloves, ice, or any type of frozen food should not be used to grind. - Do not overfill the MAX level on the container. - Do not let the appliance run while empty. - Especially note with caution on the chop lid Do not blend hot in ingredients (As shown in picture 8). 8 9

6 Picture 9 Step 4: OPERATION 1- Place the main body on a flat surface. 2- Check whether the chopper blade is inserted probably and can spin freely. 3- The appliance has a safety contact point, which will only allow Picture 10 the appliance to function only when the lid is secured in the correct position or when the lid is tightly sealed. 4-Fill the container with a spoon or appropriate utensil evenly around the blade of the blender with soft meat and other food to help the blending process and create a smoother texture. 5- Plug the power cord into the socket (As shown in picture 9). 6- Press the button on top of the motor down (as indicated by the arrow) to operate the appliance. The blade will start to rotate and function to perform the grinding process. When you want to stop, release the button and wait for the blade to stand completely still. Remove the motor, chopping lid and the blade from the container and place the grounded food into a bowl. 7-If the chopper blade does not reach its full speed within a few seconds of its operation due to the overloading of food or the appliance was put together incorrectly. Please unplug and remove portions of the content from the container before proceeding with processing food. Remark: - A maximum amount of 300g of meat should only be used for 20 seconds for each cycle, then the appliance must be cooled down before continuing using. - It is best to process soft/moist food by pressing on the on/off unit several times briefly. Caution: Do not use the appliance if the knife accessory, container or lid is damaged. *Preparing cooking congee for your family with the grinded meat. + Cut the meat (pork or beef) into desirable size and steam them (Steaming avoid the loss of nutrient and preserve the flavor). + Place the meat into the chopper, grind to desirable smoothness. Wait until the appliance completely stop before taking the meat out. After that take it out. + Chop the carrot into small piece and place it inside the chopper, pour a little water and grind until it becomes soft. + Prepare the congee, wait for it to boil, place all the prepared ingredient into the pot and cook until the congee boil again. Voila! You have prepared a delicious and nutritious meal for your family with this convenient BlueStone chopper. 7 DISSEMBLING& CLEANING THE CHOPPER Picture 11 Step 1: Caution: - Always pull the mains plug out of the socket before removing the motor. - It is ABSOLUTELY important that the motor never be immersed under water or be washed using large amount of any washing liquid. The water will cause the high voltage electricity stored inside the motor to be leaked, which will lead to electrical shock that Picture 12 can be very dangerous. 1- To clean the chopper's blade, handle the blade and dismantle it from the appliance,wash it with care. You can also wash the blade by pouring water into the glass bowl. Assemble the motor and the blade and turn the appliance on for a short amount of time. Unplug the chopper and then proceed to washing the blade. This process will help to clean the blade much easier by removing any piece of meat stuck on the blade. (As shown in picture 11). 2- Scoop out the grounded meat and place it into another bowl. You can now cook your favourite using the (As shown in picture 12). 3- It is advised to clean the equipment after every use to prevent overtime residue stuck onto the blade or the sealing ring. 4- Wipe the outside cover of the motor slightly using a damp cloth. If possible, apply a little amount of washing liquid to clean it better. Do not use strong or corrosive cleaning agent, cleaning sponge with a rough surface to clean the outer surface. Step 2: - Wash the chopper bowl and lid using washing liquid dissolve in warm water. - Wipe the equipment and let the parts to dry completely before storage in order to prevent the development of fungus or mould. - It is normal for the container to become dull in color throughout the usage period. This is because of the processing of harder type of food rubbing and hitting the inner surface. This won't affect and interfere with the appliance's functionality. WARNING: The chopper blade is sharp. To avoid injuries, pay attention while rubbing off dirty residue on the blade. Use clear water to wash. 10 CHÚ Ý KHI SỬ DỤNG MÁY Vui lòng đọc kỹ hướng dẫn trước khi sử dụng và cất giữ để tham khảo về sau. CẢNH BÁO Kiểm tra xem điện áp ghi trên máy có tương ứng với điện áp nguồn nơi sử dụng trước khi nối máy với nguồn điện. Đảm bảo đã ngắt nguồn trước khi tháo gỡ, cài đặt, tháo máy hay di chuyển máy. Trước khi thiết bị vận hành, hãy kiểm tra các dây cắm, lưỡi dao và các thành phần khác, nếu thấy bất cứ thành phần đã bị hư hại, hãy ngừng sử dụng thiết bị, và liên hệ với trung tâm dịch vụ bảo hành để thay thế và sửa chữa các phụ tùng hư hay sự cố về máy. Xin vui lòng không tháo rời và tự sửa chữa sản phẩm để đảm bảo an toàn. Không được sử dụng bất kỳ phụ tùng nào của nhà sản xuất khác. Nên sử dụng phụ tùng đi kèm với máy của chính nhà sản xuất cung cấp. Để tránh nhiễu mạch điện, các sự cố về điện (điện giật, chập điện ) và những tai nạn khác không nhúng dây điện, phích cắm, thân máy vào nước hoặc các chất lỏng khác. Luôn tháo phích cắm khỏi ổ điện sau khi sử dụng, xin nắm đầu phích điện để rút ra khỏi ổ cắm điện, không nắm dây điện mà giựt để khỏi hư dây điện. Đừng tự ý sửa chữa nếu không biết rõ vì điện áp cao trong vỏ thiết bị. Lắp ráp các bộ phận phải đúng, khớp và đầy đủ trước khi sử dụng thiết bị. Khi máy đang hoạt động, để tránh nguy hiểm không được dùng HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG 1 2 tay hay các vật lạ để lấy thực phẩm hoặc lơ là khi lấy thực phẩm ra khỏi máy. Để tóc, quần áo, đồ dùng, dụng cụ tránh xa các bộ phận nóng của máy. Khi máy đang làm việc không được chạm tay vào bất kì bộ phận có thể tháo rời khỏi máy. Nếu dây nguồn bị hỏng thì phải do nhà chế tạo hoặc đại lý dịch vụ hoặc những người có trình độ tương đương thay thế nhằm tránh xảy ra sự cố Trước khi sử dụng, lấy tất cả các bọc ny lông, bao bì và phụ kiện ra và vệ sinh các bộ phận của máy, không rửa thân máy. Chắc chắn máy đã tắt trước khi ráp các bộ phận. HƯỚNG DẪN LẮP RÁP THIẾT BỊ Hình 1 Bước 1: - Lấy mô tơ và nắp ra khỏi cối xay và đặt cối xay trên bề mặt phẳng, sạch và khô. - Đảm bảo lưỡi dao gắn đúng vị trí vào trụ gắn ở giữa dưới đế cối xay (Như hình 1). Ghi chú: Luôn luôn lắp dao trước khi cho thực phẩm vào cối xay

Hình 2 Hình 3 Hình 4 Hình 5 Bước 2: - Lắp vòng cao su vào nắp cối, để chống bung nắp trong quá trình xay (Như hình 2 & 3). - Cho thực phẩm vào cối xay như: thịt, khoai tây, cà rốt Thận trọng: - Nên cắt thực phẩm thành từng miếng nhỏ, với kích cỡ bằng nhau và không nên cho thực phẩm vượt quá vạch Max ghi trên cối xay (Như hình 4). - Để tiết kiệm, rút ngắn thời gian xay và để đạt được hiệu quả xay nhanh, nhuyễn theo mong muốn của bạn và cũng để tránh tình trạng gây nặng cho máy trong khi xay, bạn nên cắt nhỏ thực phẩm. Ví dụ: thịt xay khoảng 300gam với kích cỡ mỗi miếng nhỏ là: 1.5-> 2cm, để bảo vệ máy giúp máy sử dụng lâu và bền (Như hình 5). - Bên cạnh đó, nếu bạn muốn xay nhuyễn hơn, thì bạn nên hấp hay nấu thực phẩm trước khi xay. (Hình 5) Hình 6 Hình 7 Hình 8 Bước 3: - Đậy nắp cối xay vào (Như hình 5). - Đặt mô tơ vào đúng vị trí trên nắp cối cho khớp (Như hình 6). Chú ý: - Nếu như lắp nắp và mô tơ không đúng vị trí vào cối, thì máy sẽ không hoạt động. - Trước khi sử dụng, bạn nên đọc kỹ hướng dẫn, để máy xay của bạn bền và sử dụng lâu hơn. Không xay những thực phẩm cứng như: hạt cà phê, quế, đinh hương, đá và những thực phẩm đông đá... như hình bên dưới. - Không đổ lượng thực phẩm quá đầy so với mức MAX quy định trên cối. - Không để máy hoạt động khi chưa cho thực phẩm vào. 12 Hình 9 Hình 10 Bước 4: Cách vận hành máy xay 1- Đặt cối xay trên bề mặt phẳng. 2- Kiểm tra lưỡi dao đã được gắn đúng vị trí hay chưa và có thể xoay một cách dễ dàng. 3- Thiết bị có tiếp điểm an toàn, máy sẽ không hoạt động nếu nắp chưa lắp đúng vị trí hay đậy nắp không chặt. 4- Cho loại thực phẩm ướt vào, bạn nên dùng muỗng dàn đều thịt hay thực phẩm khác để tránh việc thịt dồn về một chỗ, không đều làm cho quá trình xay không được đều và nhuyễn. 5- Cắm điện vào (Như hình 9). - Thực phẩm ướt hoặc mềm có thể được xay nhuyễn hơn bằng cách nhấn nhanh một vài lần vào nút mở/tắt. Thận trọng: Không sử dụng thiết bị nếu các phụ kiện dao, cối xay, nắp cối trong tình trạng hỏng hóc hoặc có dấu hiệu không hoàn thiện. *Chuẩn bị món cháo ngon gia đình của bạn với món thịt xay. + Cắt thịt từng miếng vừa, rồi đem các loại thịt như thịt heo hay thịt bò đi hấp ( với cách này các lượng chất bổ và vitamin sẽ không bị mất ). + Cho thịt vừa hấp vào trong cối xay cho tới khi đạt tới độ nhuyễn mà bạn muốn. Sau đó lấy thịt ra khỏi cối xay. + Cắt nhỏ cà rốt, đổ thêm một ít nước vào và xay cho tới khi nhuyễn. + Khi cháo sôi lên, cho tất cả thực phẩm đã xay nhuyễn vào nồi đang nấu, chờ cho cháo sôi lại, tức là cháo đã chín. Bạn đã chuẩn bị cho gia đình bữa ăn thật dinh dưỡng và thơm ngon với máy xay thịt tiện lợi. 6- Nhất nút nằm ở vị trí trên đỉnh xuống theo như hình mũi tên đã chỉ (Như hình số 10). Khi bạn nhấn nút xuống, quá trình xay bắt đầu, lưỡi dao bắt đầu xoay. Khi bạn muốn ngưng không xay nữa, hãy thả nút ra và chờ cho tới khi lưỡi dao ngưng quay, thì mới được nhấc mô tơ, mở nắp và lấy dao ra. Sau đó, trút thực phẩm vào tô. 7- Nếu bạn thấy hiện tượng lưỡi dao xay với tốc độ chậm trong vòng vài giây do thực phẩm quá nhiều gây tắc nghẽn hoặc là do việc lắp đặt không đúng dẫn đến lưỡi dao không xoay, hãy rút phích cắm điện và lấy bớt thực phẩm ra, sau đó tiếp tục xay. Chú ý: - Xay nhiều nhất với số lượng 300g thịt trong vòng 20 giây cho mỗi lần xay và sau đó để máy nguội xuống trước khi tiếp tục xay. 13 HƯỚNG DẪN THÁO VÀ VỆ SINH THIẾT BỊ Hình 11 Bước 1: Thận trọng: - Luôn luôn tháo phích cắm ra trước khi tháo mô tơ. - Tuyện đối không nhúng mô tơ vào nước hay bất cứ loại chất lỏng nào để rửa, làm như vậy sẽ gây tình trạng nhiễm điện ra ngoài vỏ motor và gây giật điện rất nguy hiểm. 1- Lấy lưỡi dao ra trước khi rửa cối xay hoặc thêm một ít nước vào cối, Hình 12 lắp lưỡi dao và mô tơ vào, sau đó cắm điện, nhấn nút để máy hoạt động một lúc rồi rút phích cắm, lấy dao và đổ nước trong cối ra. Làm cách này việc vệ sinh máy sẽ nhanh hơn, làm cho các mảng thịt dính, bám trong lưỡi dao sẽ dễ dàng văng ra (Như hình 11). 2- Lấy thịt đã xay đổ vào tô. Bạn sẽ chế biến nhiều món mà bạn thích với thịt xay (Như hình 12). 3- Sau khi sử dụng, bạn nên vệ sinh máy ngay sau khi xay xong để tránh tình trạng lưỡi dao, cối xay và vòng cao su dính thịt lâu sẽ khó vệ sinh. 4- Lau vỏ bằng một mảnh vải ấm hoặc có thể sử dụng một ít nước rửa chén lau và chùi bằng khăn ẩm. Không được sử dụng bất kỳ chất có tính mài mòn hay miếng rửa có bề mặt thô và nhám để làm sạch thiết bị. Bước 2: - Rửa cối, nắp với nước ấm với một ít nước máy rửa chén. - Để các bộ phận của thiết bị ráo nước và khô trước khi cất các bộ phận, tránh cho các loại nấm mốc phát triển. - Do quá trình xay những loại thực phẩm cứng, những thực phẩm cứng này văng vào thành cối có thể làm cho cối thủy tinh không sáng và trong như ban đầu. Điều này là hiện tượng bình thường sau một thời gian sử dụng. CHÚ Ý: Lưỡi dao của máy xay rất bén. Để tránh bị thương hay tai nạn ngoài ý muốn, nên chú ý và tỉ mỉ trong quá trình rửa sạch lưỡi dao.
