All pieces are made of melamine particle board with thermofused edges. The set includes 4 50 mm high semi-hidden casters. Fronts can be also be made of 19 mm thick melamine pieces. Drawers are metal. There are 2 versions of mobile pedestals: 3 drawers or 1 drawer+ 1 filing drawer. There are optional hidden or seen ball guides, allowing in both cases to completely extract the drawer. The lock can be central or with anti-tilt system. The filing drawer includes a fifth caster. The design allows the drawer opening from the side without needing a handle. FRAMEWORK mm thick cold laminated steel with low carbon content. It is formed by laterals, floor and top, fixed together through points. The floor is reinforced with two omegas to provide support to the casters. The guides include tabs for a quick assembly, which are put on omegas fixed to the laterals. The lock guide is on the inner side of the framework, blocking from this location the drawer opening. METAL TOP 0.8 mm thick cold laminated and painted steel. It is 19 mm high and is fixed to the framework with sheet thread screws. Metal top STANDARD DRAWERS 0.8 mm thick cold laminated sheet with low carbon content and painted with micron thick black epoxy. Drawer dimensions: 385 mm wide, 480 mm deep and 90 mm high. Filing drawer dimensions: 365x480x90 mm. They are fixed to the guides through metris thread screws. They are easy to dissamble and include a stop system, so that they do not fall when they are completely oened. The filing drawer can be completely extrated and includes an extractable frame for files. It also includes a 5th anti-tilt caster.
