3 ELEMENT DESCRIPTION LTERLS, TOPS ND FLOORS Melamine cabinet: particle board wit a 19 mm tick melamine cover. 1,2 mm frontal termofused edge and 0,5 mm in te rest of te perimeter, in te same finis as te top. Laterals drilled to place selves in different eigts, at te user s coice. Te floor as levellers operable from inside. Te top is properly drilled to be fixed to te desk top and act as support cabinet, or drilled to a decorative top and act as desk eigt cabinet. Te back side is fixed to te laterals and to te top by eccentrics. Metal cabinet: made by several pieces of cold laminated steel wit a low carbon content and ticks between 0,8 and 1,2 mm, depending on teir function and position in te cabinet. Once assembled te pieces, tey are welded by a points welding robot. Later it is covered wit powder epoxy paint and polymerized in 220º C wit a 100 microns average tick covering. Cabinet MELMINE DOORS Melamine cabinet: two sliding doors made in particle board wit 19 mm tick melamine cover. 1,2 mm termofused edge in te same finis as te top. Te doors are placed over rails to slide and tey ave an at-type lock. Metal cabinet: one sliding door made in particle board wit 10 mm tick melamine covering. 1,2 termofused edge in te same finis as te top. Te door is placed over rails to slide and it as not a lock. Melamine doors SHELVES Melamine selves for melamine cabinets: particles board wit a 19 mm tick melamine covering. 1,2 mm tick termofused edge or 0,5 mm in te rest. Drilled wit expansion self-older. ccording to te standards, te 80 cm laterals support at least 42 kg. Metal selves for metal cabinets: 0,8 mm cold laminated steel wit powder paint and polymerized in 220º C wit a 100 microns average covering tick. 20 mm eigt wit wrinkles to increase its rigidity.
