Te Low Level Lockable Override Kit can be obtained wen no oter access is available into your garage for emergency manual override or power failures. If te Compact its an obstruction on its descent ten te door will stop automatically and return a few inces to take te stress off te obstruction. Self Ceck System means if te safety edge is damaged or broken te door will only operate by a old to run process ensuring te door cannot arm anyone on its descent. To comply to te law a door must stop if it its an obstruction and must be a self ceck system. To ensure your door complies bot te door, te motor and te control/safety equipment must ave a Declaration of Incorporation from te manufacturer ensuring everyting is completely tested and certified to te relevant standards complying to BS EN Te door sould ave a label from te manufacturer complying to te tests undertaken to acieve its compliance under te Construction Products Regulation. On completion of te garage door installation te installer must also provide a Declaration of Conformity and apply a CE label wit identification information of te installation wic is now classed as a macine. Te installer must issue operating and maintenance instructions and after a demonstration on ow to operate te new door te installer will sign te Declaration of Conformity. Te installer will ask te customer to also sign te document as proof tat e as given a demonstration on ow to operate te door. Eac party retains copies of te documentation for teir records. ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE Te paint finis can be expected to provide weaterproof membrane, i.e. will resist perforation of steel substrate due to corrosion from te weaterside. Any fade of colour cange sall be limited and uniform given equal exposure to te local environmental conditions. Te guarantee applies to te weaterside of te door curtain only and is subject to te following conditions: 1. Te garage door must be free of impact or mecanical damage, scratces, tears, scuffs or oter surface abrasions. 2 Surfaces must be freely exposed to wasing by rainfall and kept clear of bird droppings, accumulated dirt and debris. 3. Te guarantee applies only to te weaterside and were more tan 5% of te surface area of any one door is affected. Corrosion, discolouration or oter effects arising from elements witin te building or from abnormal pollution or contact wit aggressive fumes or cemicals are excluded. 4. Te guarantee begins at te time of first delivery of te product by Warm Protection Products Limited. 5. Tis guarantee is valid for doors sold in te UK and RoI only. 6. In te event of a justifiable and agreed claim te company may replace te door or offer a refund at its sole discretion. Any refund will be limited to a maximum value equivalent to te list price of te door applicable at te time of purcase. 7. Small template marks may appear on te inside of te top section of te Rolladoor curtain, were te locking straps appear, tis is normal and will not interfere or damage te door and is void from guarantee. 8. Wearing of te Rolladoor curtain may appear and be visible wen te Rolladoor curtain is fully open. Tis wear is due to te lead in of te curtain in te guide tracks. Te wearing is common and will not result in a defect of te sutter door. Te wearing down of te paint to te aluminium will not result in furter damage and is seen as general wear and tear. Tis wear and tear is idden witin te guide tracks wen te Rolladoor is fully lowered. Tis wear and tear will not be taken as a fault on te door and te Rolladoor curtains will not be replaced if tese marks appear. All oter parts of te door are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of five years from date of purcase. 9. Te five year warranty is dependant on an annual service inspection and maintenance of te roller door by an autorised Warm Protection Agent. Proof of service must be recorded in te Operation and Maintenance Manual suppled wit te door. Failure to carry out an annual service wit recorded proof will invalidate te warranty. 10. Te rubber profile at te bottom of te door curtain concealing te optical safety system must be installed onto a level surface to function correctly. If floor levels are irregular, te floor must be levelled or te door stopped at a level point, to ensure te rubber profile concealing te optical beam is not crused. Tis may create an air gap under te door wic cannot be rectified, unless te floor is levelled.
