We always maximise quality while value engineering the cost to meet tight project budgets. We have parametrically designed our entire range of cubicles, IPS, and vanities to mean our design team can turn projects around swiftly. The designs themselves have been developed over years refining construction methods to make the process of fitting as quick as possible. In addition we have embraced new materials and have very close working relationships with the best material suppliers in the market place so we can always add value to any project. Whether choosing from our standard range or asking for a bespoke requirement we can design, value engineer, manufacture, deliver and if needed fit your cubicle, IPS or vanity requirement. 4

5 Integrated panel systems & Vanities Typical layout Integegrated Panel Systems (IPS) The perfect way to hide those services in your room, our IPS systems are available as either panels and flashgaps only for you to do your own framing or as a more complete system with a fully assembled and clipped frame allowing easy install on site. Optional upgrades of hinges and locks can give secure easy access should it be required. Vanities Available in a range of finishes to suit your design requirements, our vanities suit either semi or fully recessed basins. Fully assembled vanity under frames/ panels make the installation process and future access easy. We also offer solid surface tops/ troughs with fully integrated basins for a premium finish. 6
