Fast-Fit Cubicles are func onal, durable and a rac ve; manufactued in the UK from 19mm Melamine Faced Chipboard to a high standard, they are suitable for low-mid traffic, low-moisture areas. The Cubicles come in three colour op ons, White, Grey and Cream. Who are Total Cubicle Solutions? Determine which best suits your space needs. The four op ons are detailed overleaf. How Many Cubicles You Require Each Fast-Fit Cubicle is manufactured to standard dimensions of 1500 mm deep at 800 mm centres. Determine how many you require to t your space needs. The Colours You Require The Fast-Fit range is available in 3 colours; White, Grey and Cream. The colour of the Doors, Pilasters and Par ons can be speci ed individually to provide contras ng colour op ons, i.e. White par ons / Grey doors. Express Delivery Our speedy delivery service ensures that your Cubicles are delivered promptly. Where possible we will endevour to dispatch your items within 48 hours na onwide. If you prefer, you can also collect your items direct from our Warehouse.

4 Optional Extras Addi onal Components To increase the flexibility of the Fast-Fit range we offer a number of alterna ve sized components, allowing you to create alterna ve which are not sa sfied by our standard dimensions. 200mm op onal Pilaster 300mm optional Pilaster Par ons available at 1800mm deep x 900mm Cu ng the Components Our components can be cut to size on-site using suitable carpentry tools to acheive desired sizes. For instance, should you require par ons at a depth of 1700mm, you can acheive this by purchsing an 1800mm deep par on and trimming 100mm before assembling the cubicles. This includes Brackets, Hinges, Headrails, Screws, Bolts, Legs, Locks, Coat Hooks and Toilet Roll Holders. Please note, Fast-Fit Cubicles are supplied at-packed for assembly on-site. 7 Fast-Fit Cubicle - Assembly Instructions 1 Set the Channel Brackets 135mm off the nished oor level, xing at the loca ons shown. 2 Slot End Pilasters and Par on Panels into the Channel Brackets and x in posi ons as shown below. 3 Fix legs to the par ons and clip H-Sec on Brackets to the top of the Par on Panels as shown below. The H-Sec ons can be screwed into the top of the Par on Panrels for extra strength and security. Please note: We no longer pre-drill the par ons as Soil Stacks, and Window posi ons can compromise the ng posi on. Normally our Cubicles are divided equally along the wallspace except where Ambulant or Disabled Cubciles are to be implemented. Channel Brackets are provided at standard lengths and may need cu ng to size. These instruc ons show a typical Twin Open End cubicle arrangement, your speci c layout may differ but the princiapals remain the same.

8 Fast-Fit Cubicle - Assembly Instructions Fix Channel brackets to the rear of Pilasters as shown Fix second Par on Panel into the H-sec on as shown below. below. Offer up Pilasters to the end of the Par on Panels. Fix Head Rail into top of Pilasters and x through Channel Brackets on the Pilasters to Secure in place. Channel brackets to be located centrally for pilasters between adjoining cubicles. Channel brackets to be located on the edge of pilasters for the last cubicle in an open-end situa on.

9 Fast-Fit Cubicle - Assembly Instructions 7 Fix Door ngs as shown below. Lock indicator to be xed to the front of the Door. Note: Hinges can also be ed to the front of the pilasters to allow for an outward opening door. Rear of Door showing posi on of Hinges, Locking mechanism and Lock Catch. Locking mechanism and Lock Catch to be ed to the rear of the Door.
