4 Bi-Bloc (bi-panel) technical par ons Walls system allowing an easy and adaptable integra on of all technical services, consis ng of: Hidden studs frame, single or double side with adjustable thickness, Removable facings: metallic, HPL... skins or fixed facings : resin or glass. For independent removable claddings, 2 types of seals are available : Screwed facings with an bacterial polymer push-in gaskets, removable and washable, Clipped metallic facings or HPL facings fixed by strip, with silicone caulk for the ghtness. 8 Ceilings with sandwich panels Walkable ceilings, made of the same panels as the wall s panels, thickness 60 mm. Flush junc ons. Authorized punctual load = 150 dan. Modular ceilings on steel frame Walkable ceiling made of heavy duty steel frame and infill panels of thickness 60 or 80 mm. This technical pla orm allows an installa on in parallel at floor level and in the plenum. Admissible uniformed load = 250 dan/m². Modular ceilings on aluminium grid Walkable ceilings, made of aluminium profiles and infill panels. Bi-bloc or casse e ceilings Ceiling with suppor ng linear metallic profiles of sec on 100 mm, very sturdy. Admissible uniformed load = 250 dan/m². Infill casse es with two parts (lower and upper) which allow the hidden, ght and evolving incorpora on of all electrical services (light fi ngs, cables,...) and also HVAC terminals. 8
