An overall cubicle height of 2100mm provides advanced privacy; whilst the 100mm reduced floor clearance offers users greater personal security. Robust fittings such as the DDA compliant cubicle latches keep the design focused on functionality, while high performance panels and edging offer exceptional durability. Partitions and front panels are Stone Grey with cubicle doors available in four exciting new colours: Blueberry, Kiwifruit, Mango or Dragon Fruit. Two woodgrain options are available on request for cubicle doors only. 9 Vanity & Wall Panel Solutions Our vanity units are made to measure and available as either Inset (550mm deep) or Semi-Recessed (350mm deep) options. Vanity tops are 20mm thick with a high pressure laminate finish (Stone Grey), whilst under panels are constructed from high performance melamine faced chipboard to match cubicle door colours. The new, unique design removes the need for a timber frame, saving you both time and money. Overall vanity height is 850mm - full technical details can be found on our website: Vanity units are supplied without basin cutouts and in kit form for self-assembly. Full or half height wall panel systems can be supplied in matching Stone Grey. Panels are 18mm melamine faced chipboard with a protective 2.0mm PVC edging and can be manufactured to suit your individual size requirements. 18 Toilet Cubicle Sizes (Universal Access Guidelines) This page shows the dimensions required for toilet cubicles to conform with universal access guidelines. The Zest cubicle system has been designed to comply with these sizes as standard. See page 17 for details. 300 Shelf (400 x 200) 1210 (1200mm min between surfaces) Enlarged 850 Standard 850 Standard 810 (800 min between surfaces) Ambulant 1500 Horizontal Baby Change Unit (folds up to approx 100mm) Manoeuvring Space Manoeuvring Space Bin Enlarged WC Cubicles Where 4 or more cubicles are provided in a washroom, one of these must be an enlarged cubicle. Enlarged cubicles must be a minimum width of 1200mm and include an outward opening door. A horizontal grab rail set is required around the WC. Standard Toilet Cubicles All standard toilet cubicles must now have a minimum of 450mm diameter manoeuvring space within the cubicle. Indicator-bolts must be capable of being operated with a closed fist - and doors must also allow for emergency access. Ambulant Disabled Cubicles Every same-sex washroom must have at least one wc cubicle that is suitable for the ambulant disabled. If there is only one cubicle in the washroom then this must be suitable for an ambulant disabled person. The ambulant disabled cubicle must include an outward opening door.
