2 PROJECT PROFILE Innovation & elegance Executive washrooms by Maxwood are on the agenda in the newly refurbished St George s Court in Bloomsbury Way, one of London s iconic buildings. New Grade A office space features well-designed washrooms with a high quality finish to maximise sales/rental potential. Maxwood s bespoke package includes Maranté flush-fronted cubicles and Xeista Cascade Vanity Units with a descending slope, which directs water to a drainage gulley to prevent splash marks. Gas-strut-hinged Vanity Mirror Units enable easy access to washroom dispensers for refilling and maintenance purposes. Maxwood s space-saving superloos were specified for the top storey office suite, with separate male and female washrooms and a DDA compliant WC on other floors. Maxwood also supplied showers and changing facilities with benching in the basement for the convenience of employees who cycle to work.

5 PROJECT PROFILE Value & style Executive washrooms, custom-designed and manufactured by Maxwood, are adding value and style to a distinctive commercial redevelopment on London s Chancery Lane. The supply and fit package for the prestigious project combines the clean lines of Maxwood s flush-fronted Maranté cubicle system and counter-top wash basins with the natural beauty of mosaic glass tiling and Caithness slate vanity tops. To allow property investors, regenerators Derwent London plc, an opportunity to view and discuss design detailing before work commenced on site, Maxwood built a prototype washroom in its factory. Doors to the Maranté toilet cubicles are faced with a fashionable Lati Silk dark grey real wood veneer, which is complemented by Maxwood s stainless steel hardware range featuring concealed fixings and fall-to-close hinges. Bins are concealed within bespoke cupboard units with painted MDF doors on soft-close hinges. Vanity tops for the new washrooms at Chancery Lane were produced from Caithness Flagstone, a beautiful and highly durable material.

7 NEW PRODUCT Maxwood has developed space-saving superloo solutions for new and refurbished commercial building projects. Small in size but big in design, Maxwood s innovative superloo range for use by either gender includes vanity suites with pan and basin combined in one linear unit, which also conceals unsightly pipework. A choice of compact basin with a small, removable base and concealed drain hole are is available for a clean, minimalist look that makes the most of limited interior space. Superloos are a practical solution for smaller buildings, increasing usable or rentable space and saving the cost of separate male or female facilities. Maxwood can offer a complete supply and fit package, including its Maxwall Duct Panelling system for quick and easy mounting of sanitaryware and concealing of pipework.
