1 FIBI GREEN INDUSTRIES LTD Instruction Manual Important Notice: Please read the instruction in detail and then assemble the appliance and follow the rules of operation. Please confirm the power cord fits to the standard of your safety regulations. We suggest to use low pressure Nozzle no.2 (33cc/min) total 3pcs and can use 4 pcs as maximal allowance. If use Nozzle no.1(23cc/min),total 6pcs as maximum. Please don t operate the device continuously more than 8 hours per day to prevent the motor from being damaged shortly. The device is with low working pressure, so please set up the water pipe within 15 meters operation. Please replace the filter every 3~12 months depends on the status of water quality, it can prevent the nozzle from being blocked. The device is with the internal over-heat protection, so it will power off automatically when temperature is reaching the rating and it will re-start automatically after temperature drops down. Please remove the last nozzle in the water pipe when you operate the device in the first time, it can clean the pipe up and leak the air from the pipe, to ensure the device operate normally. 3 Assembly Instruction 1. Please check if all accessories quantities are right with the list in the last page. 3. Pushing upwardly the indicated black ring to take apart the pipe from the T-connector if you need. 2. Please insert the pipe into the T-connector tightly of the pipe ring as follows: 3. 4 Please fasten up the pipe ring to the fan. by hooking the springs on the front part of fan.

4 Assembly Instruction 5. Please set up the pipe ring in the middle part of the front of electrical fan. 7. Please install the nozzles in the connectors of pipe ring as below. 6. Please insert another end of pipe into water outlet tightly as below. 8. Please keep the circled connector free without nozzle to leak the air at the first time operation.

5 User Instruction 9. Please fill up the clean water in the water tank, and then plug power cord into AC socket to operate initially. 11. After finishing all steps as above, you have finished the assembly and initial operation. 10. After leaking the water and the air through the free connector, please install the nozzle in the said connector at once. 12. Please insert the end plug(s) to the connector(s) to reduce the mist if it is too wet.

6 Timer setting: 1. Please refer to the figure of control panel as below. 3. When "WATER" indicator light is blinking, it shows the water is not enough,please fill up the water into water tank. 4. When POWER indicator light is ON, it shows power supply is normal. 5. When FAN indicator light is ON, it shows fan power supply is normal. 2. Please set the mist operative time on by the left knob(from 10sec. to 100sec., and set off by the right knob (from 10sec. to 100sec.). 6. When TIMER indicator light is ON, it shows the timer is setting.

7 Usage of Tap/faucet connector 1. You can use the Tap connector to install the fixed water inlet to the mister. 2. Please insert the pipe into the Tap/faucet connector as follows: 4. Please set up the said connector on the faucet by turning tightly, and then fill up water into water tank. 1. Please insert another end of pipe into the L-connector as below: 2. The mister is equipped with auto-cutoff device for water inlet. It helps to stop the valve when the water tank is full with water.

8 Maintenance of nozzles 1. The nozzles are able to be taken off. If the nozzle is blocked, please take the nozzle apart as below: 3. Please put the head part of nozzle into the container with the solution for 30 minutes to 3 hours. 2. Please mix the sour salt with water by the ratio of 1:10 in the container. 4. Please take out the head part after a period of time, please clean the parts by water first. 5. Please confirm if the head part is clean by checking there s the light pot inside.

9 Troubleshooting ISSUE POSSIBILITY TREATMENT Motor doesn t work Low working pressure (Pipe vibrates abnormally) There s the abnormal noise in operation mode Motor is off abnormally in operation mode 1. No power supply. 2. Voltage is too low. 3. The water isn t enough in the water tank 4. The control circuit is damaged. 1. Pump Internal water seal is damaged. 2. Valve is damaged. 3. Output volume is too large. 1. Input water is not enough. 2. Internal component is damaged. 3. Internal pipe has come off. 1. Motor is over loaded. 2. The water isn t enough in the water tank 1. Check if power supply is correct. 2. Check if the voltage is too low or if the wire is too long and have the voltage drop. 3. Please fill up water into the water tank. 4. Return to agent for repairing. 1. Change the water seal. 2. Clean or change valve. 3.a. Check if the pipe is leaking. b. Check if the nozzles are set below 4 pcs. 1.a. Check the input pipe. b. Change the filter. 2. Return to agent for repairing. 3. Check the internal pipes. 1. Check the current voltage and the status of electrical cord. 2. Please pour the water into the water tank. Nozzles are blocked or water dripped from nozzles 1. The head part of nozzle is blocked. 2. The rubber ring of nozzle is damaged. 1. Please clean the head part of nozzle. 2. Please change the rubber ring.
