Orders will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipment, except that firm orders for specific projects will be accepted at prices in effect the date the order is received if delivery of such orders is taken within 60 days from the date of any price advance. Extended delivery beyond 60 days will be subject to our written acceptance. Minimum charge on all orders $10.00 net. WARRANTY Haws, warrants to the original user of this product that for a period of one year from the date of installation of the product, any product which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service, will be exchanged or reconditioned (at our option) free of charge. This is the exclusive remedy under this warranty and applicable implied warranties. Return the defective product (at our expense) to Dobbin Sales Ltd., 51 Terecar Drive, Unit 2,Vaughan ON, L4L 0B5. There are no other express warranties on this product and all warranties of merchantability and warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose and any other implied warranties are limited to a period of one year after installation.
