At Insignia we are pleased to announce after months of hush hush that we have signed Frank Bruno MBE to front our brand. This move is a positive step forward for us as we continue to focus on brand awareness and being the number one choice for steam and hydro-massage showers. Kicking off the marketing promo, Frank came down to the newly refurbished Insignia showroom to take part in some marketing pictures and signed some Insignia goodies. Due to Franks hectic work schedule this was Frank Bruno MBE carried out during the working day so naturally opportunistic customers were asking for selfies and grabbing autographs where they could. Frank being the gentleman he is duly agreed, however in the end the marketing manager had to officially shut an area of the showroom off to enable the photographs to be taken undisturbed. The acquisition of Frank is perfect for Insignia stated managing director Leon Maclean, Frank is well respected and a man who we want representing our brand. As Frank posed for the photographer, his PA snapped a couple to disperse over Frank s official social media accounts which were up on his Facebook and twitter account in no time. Marketing manager Jay Harby said, The s just went crazy. Retweets, shares, likes, comments. I ve never seen so much activity in such a short space of time. All in all, we are so pleased to have acquired Frank to front our brand and as we move through the coming months watch out as we have many great marketing campaigns scheduled to pop up. Welcome to the Insignia Range of steam and hydro-massage shower cabins. Since 2007, Insignia has grown within the shower market having expanded their range from a handful of showers in the beginning to currently having over 30 enclosures of various colours, shapes and sizes and are proud to now be Europe s largest steam shower supplier. We believe a shower cabin should be more than a simple device used for cleansing. We feel it should be an appliance used for relaxing and an escape from the busy life many of us live nowadays and we do this by bringing you the sensual spa experience into your own home. From corner quadrant units to big whirlpool bath and shower hybrids, we have something that can suit your requirements within the space available in your bathroom. We all want to start the day in the best possible way and there is no better way to do this than listening to your favourite music whilst in the shower. We have now made all of our Steam Showers Bluetooth enabled of which allows you to steam your favourite songs from your Bluetooth device into your shower to give you that much needed morning pick me up. A standard shower cabin or enclosure has been very similar for the last 50 years or so with only very minor differences and changes during this time period. Now compare this to the meteoric rise in the technology industry, we ask why has the shower industry been motionless for so long? The gap in the market is there and our in-house Insignia Innovation Team are working hard in bringing you the latest technology into your bathroom.

3 21 As each year passes we constantly improve, upgrade and innovate to keep Insignia showers at the forefront of steam shower technology. All showers feature lighting now, and at the very minimum an FM radio feature. Our steam showers have periodically been upgraded and now feature Bluetooth connectivity within the panel. Connect your device wirelessly and be in complete control of the audio in the cabin, whether it be your own playlist, new album from your favourite artist, or a podcast, the choice is yours Insignia Carbon Range The limited edition RS range threw up some marvellous pieces of innovation, some of which we have seen become staple features amongst the new INS range of showers. Most notable is the Chromotherapy lighting. Chromotherapy (otherwise known as colour therapy) is a therapeutic science which has been used by many people for centuries. The ancient Egyptians used specially built solarium rooms with different coloured glasses. The sun would shine through the coloured glass onto the patient to achieve specific therapeutic benefits. Others used different coloured silk clothes to filter varying shades of light onto their bodies. There is also evidence of others using coloured waters and coloured gels to achieve the same results. With this in mind, we decided we could bring the benefits of Chromotherapy into our showers by having LED lighting that changes colour. You have the option of setting the LED lighting to scroll through the different colours or to leave it fixed on a specific colour of your choice. Chromotherapy is believed to aid in physical as well as mental well-being. 5 A steam feature on a shower cabin is probably seen by most as an unneeded luxury. These people would be wrong. Agreed, the steam function is certainly a luxury, but there are many, many health benefits from steaming regularly that you probably aren t aware of. The first is also probably the most obvious and also the most commonly known. That is alleviating pain of stiff joints or aching muscles which can be caused from exercise. What better way for your body to naturally recover after that intense workout than in a luxurious steam shower in your very own home. People may not be as aware however that steaming can also help to increase your metabolism which of course will aid you in your pursuit of losing weight and getting in better physical condition. Crucial to the industry, but a detail often neglected in the initial thought process when purchasing a steam shower. This is not a detail to be overlooked, as many steam shower companies do not have any form of spares backup. They even refer their customers to ourselves in hope our extensive range of spare parts can translate to their shower cabins. Sadly in nearly all cases they do not, whereas our Insignia customers can get spare parts as a replacement years in the future whether it is purchasing them or under warranty. We pride ourselves on having the largest stock of steam shower replaceable parts in the UK.

22 38 39 Relax in the comfort of your shower cabin with this stylish and aesthetically pleasing wood effect stool complemented by a modern chromed leg finish. This comes as standard on select models and is an optional extra for other shower cabins in our range. Select models will have a matching wood effect floor designed to go in the tray to complete the look. Hard water is an issue throughout the UK but can be combatted with the installation of a water softener. Calcium carbonate in the water more commonly referred to as limescale is a substance we are all familiar with; hard, chalky, white, and above all else an absolute nightmare to clean. A water softener changes everything, from the way the water tastes to the way it feels. It will not only make your daily shower make you feel cleaner but also maintain your taps, water pipes and your shower. This prolongs your individual component life, and gives you better water in the process. Our partnership with Little Plumber also enables you to purchase a softener not only for your shower but also for your whole property. The LP1 (1-4 Bedroom) and LP2 (5+ Bedroom) will prevent limescale on all water appliances such as your kettle, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

26 All showers that require electricity for the control panel come with a 13 amp plug. This is to be installed by a qualified electrician and to be signed off with a Part P Certificate of Installation (subject to location). This is required to complete your warranty registration. All showers come in flat packed boxes and are delivered as standard in 7-10 working days to mainland UK. All deliveries be it on our own vehicles or with a third party pallet company will be delivered to the kerb-side only. You will be required to have someone able bodied on site to transport the goods into your property or garage for storage. All good must be checked over within 48 hours and damages reported directly to Insignia via the website on the delivery damage form. With all of our showers, we have a minimum and maximum recommended BAR pressure supply. We recommend between 2.5 and 3.4 BAR pressure to achieve the best performance out of the shower cabin. Any less and you will see a deterioration in the performance of the hydro-massage jets, monsoon head and hand shower. Any higher pressure than this could cause damage to the unit and some of the components on the shower. All Steam and Hydro-massage showers in the range come with a one year warranty as standard. This can be extended to 5 years for no extra cost, just simply register the product on the Insignia Range website as per the information provided on your welcome pack. The warranty covers parts only and not labour as our showers are deemed as a DIY product. Spare parts are stored for convenience and speed efficiency at our UK Distribution Warehouse in Milton Keynes.
