7 FUME WATER HEAT RECUPERATOR Specifications is a mono bloc modular system designed for the recovery of thermal energy, produced by overheated air or combustion gas which are usually expelled in the atmosphere by fumes ducts. is an advantageous application for the recovery of thermal energy produced by several kinds of combustion and production processes, such as: smelting-furnaces, warming ovens, ovens for heat treatment, ovens for food production, glasshouses, co-generation and trigeneration systems, generators or other systems that exhaust the fumes in the atmosphere. is composed of a thermal mono bloc group, made up of patented INOX AISI 316 L steel plate heat exchangers, that can be completed disassembled for cleaning purposes. The fumes go into, reach the heat exchanger and transfer part of the available heating to the water achieving a maximum temperature of 110 C and a 80% of thermal energy recovery. Thanks to the thermal energy recovery contained in the fumes and to the latent heat (if you decide to condense it), the overall performance of the system will increase up to 107%, giving the possibility to take advantage of great energy savings and eventual tax relief. There are 2 models of, static or dynamic. The static model is composed of plate heat exchangers, fume collector and water manifolds; it works with a pressure and fumes capacity produced by the fume recycling unit. The power kit (optional) with the 3 ways airlock permits the modulation of the heat recovery optimizing the efficiency. The dynamic model has the same components as described here above. The characteristic that makes the dynamic model different from the static one is the presence of a fan suitable for the suction and forced expulsion of the fumes in the case that the fumes don t have the proper pressure. can be designed according to your request, the power range for the heat recovery goes from 20 kw to 1500 kw. The fluid minimum temperature that we suggest is at least 120 C. can be completed with a heat assistance device kit to guarantee a constant heating power. This kit can be useful when the source energy is irregular or not enough to power the heaters, the fan coil, the ATU (air treatment units) used for the heating or hot water fired absorption chillers that produce cooling water used for air conditioning. 7
