Our trays are more commonly sealed using weld film but there is a peel seal option for products requiring ease of access. The sealing cycle is activated by simply placing the filled tray on to the machine. Once the process is completed, the drawer automatically opens and the machine lifts the sealed tray for removal. 14 Heater Sets Film At Enterpack we call the tooling the heater set, this comprises of a top cassette and a bottom plate. The heater set is essential as without it the machine cannot seal trays. The heater set guides the tray into the machine, seals it and then profile cuts the film around the edge of the tray. Every machine is provided with one heater set. Additional heater sets can be purchased to seal a wider range of trays. Heater sets are easy to change and with a little practice can be changed in less than 30 seconds, no screw drivers or allen keys are required. Enterpack offers a comprehensive range of high quality films. Options include peelable or weld, dual ovenable, anti fogging, perforated and printed. Enterpack films are uniquely contained within a food grade box for ultimate hygiene. The box simply sits on the top of the machine allowing the film to enter through a narrow slit at the bottom of the box. The film can be very easily loaded in a matter of seconds. All films are available with a custom print to personalise your product or enhance your brand awareness. Enterpack s ingenious heater set keeps film wastage to a minimum with typical waste running at between 3-5%. For more specialised requirements Enterpack offers fully biodegradable and gas permeable films. 14
