With a focus on delivering park owners best value for their development dollar, Jayco has been creating leisure homes that are luxurious, comfortable and functional for over 25 years. Jayco s design team can also work with park operators to create leisure homes that are built to an agreed theme and budget. Jayco Leisure Homes usually come fully furnished, with lounge settee, table, chairs and beds as well as curtains, blinds, and bed covers. Other electrical items such LCD s, DVD Players and air conditioners can also be included. The leisure homes are manufactured in a dedicated production plant within the modern Jayco manufacturing complex in the south east Melbourne suburb of Dandenong South. Some leisure home models are able to be freighted two to a truck, lowering your transport costs. Once at the park it usually only takes minimal site work such as connecting to electricity and plumbing to have the leisure home installed. Jayco have also developed a number of products to compliment your park such as Ensuites, Games Rooms and Duplex Leisure Homes.
