Mix AIRD products thoroughly with a chemical mixing paddle in a drum or bucket prior to adding to a tank - they will go clear when in solution. Lower the spray ball in the tank to clean around the door. Cleanskin /Cleanskin -K can be re-used if ph above 9. Aird products are designed to be used at between 0.5% and 2%. The most efficient way to clean a heavily tartrated tank is to solubilise as many tartrates first with warm water ( F) prior to adding chemical. DOSING RATES 1% Solution 1kg of AIRD product per 100 Litres. 2 Pounds (US) of AIRD product per 26 Gallons (US). 5% Solution 5kg of AIRD product per 100 Litres. 3 Pounds (US) of AIRD product per 26 Gallons (US). 2% Solution 2kg of AIRD product per 100 Litres. 4 Pounds (US) of AIRD product per 26 Gallons (US). HOSES/TRANSFER LINES Single pass rinse with warm water ( F) for 5 mins. Mix 1% solution of Destainex in chemical mixing drum in warm water ( F). Circulate 1% solution of Destainex for 10 mins. Drain solution from hoses /transfer lines. Single pass water rinse with potable, Cleanskin, Cleanskin -K

FITTINGS Soak fittings in 1% solution of warm Destainex (104-140 F) for 10 mins.

Mix 2% solution of Cleanskin -K in chemical mixing drum in warm water ( F). Remove door seal and clean door seal in Cleanskin -K solution with stiff brush. Circulate solution for 15 mins through spray ball. 6. Lower spray ball in the tank to clean around door - circulate for 15 mins. 7. Inspect tank - repeat steps five and six with new solution if required. 8. Drain solution when tank is clean. 9. Refit door seal. 10. Single pass water rinse. Cleanskin

LIGHT TO MODERATE TARTRATES Single pass water rinse for 5 mins through spray ball.
