2 PRODUCT FEATURES: Automatic Noodle Vending Machine dispenses a box/cup of Instant Noodles against receipt of Bank Note and also dispenses hot water with a press of a button to the users making it ready to eat in 3 minutes. This Vending Machine is configured with a Bank Note Validator, a four line LCD and a Vend Button for basic user operation to vend the instant noodle boxes automatically against insertion of Bank Notes. The noodle box is dispensed out into an illuminated collection box with a glass window. The user is required to peel off the wrapper and open the aluminium foil, pull out the fork and flavour sachet to prepare hot noodles. Place the box under the hot water dispenser and press the Illuminated Water button. The Vending Machine dispenses hot water exactly to the pre-set volume required for cooking these noodles. The Illuminated Push Button flickers until hot water is dispensed and turns off completely once the required quantity of water is dispensed. The Hot Water is dispensed after vending the noodle box only and is not generally available at the press of the button. The Machine is loaded with standard 20 Litres Pet Water Container. The water is fed into the Stainless Steel Water Boiler where it is heated up to 98 degrees Centigrade for dispensing to the users. 7 Inch Touch Screen LCD to play Videos with amplified speakers for audio is available in the machine as an option. The Vending Machine has a capacity to hold about 105 Instant Noodle Boxes. These are dispensed using reliable Vending Motors and Spirals. The temperature of the hot water is set at 90 degrees Centigrade as default to ensure delivery of required temperature for the hot water for cooking the noodles well. When the temperature falls below the set temperature, the Vending Machine displays a message Less Hot Please Wait message until the set temperature is reached. Both temperature and the water volume to be dispensed are settable in the machine. A cool air inlet fan and a hot air outlet fan are provided in the machine side door.

3 The Vending Machine has two doors for operation. The front door when opened is used for loading the Instant Noodle boxes into the spiral dispensers and the side door for loading the water can and removal of the waste water from the RO system. Vandal Proof Tubular Locks and Keys are provided on both the doors for security. The cash box has a separate lock and key. Using the Settings Key and Settings Keypad, the Vending Machine operator can set various parameters of the machine including product name, price setting, water volume setting and temperature setting. A comprehensive Self-Test function is available to test the machine performance. The Machine is mounted on four Castor Legs with Wheels. Whenever the machine is required to be transported, the wheels can be brought down with help of a spanner tool very easily and moved around freely. Also the machine can be made to stand on the firm castor legs by lifting up the wheels using the same spanner tool for locating in a position. The side door is fitted with toughened glass windows for better visibility of water availability in the water can. The Mains Power inlet cable comes from behind the machine through cable gland. The Vending Machine is fitted with an input Voltage stabilizer to accept wide range of inputs from 170 V to 270 V AC. Recommended operating voltage is 220V/230V, 50HZ. The Electronic Controller PCBs and Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) are installed at the bottom side of the machine under the front door and are well enclosed with a top cover. A Mains Circuit breaker is used for turning on power to the Vending Machine. Two on/off Switches are available to turn on/off the CFL lamps inside the machine to provide better visibility for product loading and maintenance. A Stock Reset Switch is available to reset the stocked quantity of Noodle Boxes after completing each refill of the machine and a Water Can Reset Switch is available to reset the water can after each refill of water can is loaded in the machine. Failure to press these switches after refilling operation will result in malfunction of the machine.
