6 How to set up microphone The control box, pictured below, is found behind the stage. (right side as you are facing the stage). Follow the instructions below and on the outside door of the unit. Turn on the three switches in order. Get microphone (drawer to the right) and turn on small switch on the handle. Switch

8 Procedure For Locking Club House After An Event A. Set locks on all outside and rest room doors as follows: 1) Outside door next to Pro Shop: Use the Allen wrench key hanging on a nail high on the right side of the door jamb. Insert the key into the crash bar and turn it. The crash bar will pop out. 2) Outside door in Beverage Room. Same procedure as 1) above. 3) Main Double in front. Same procedure as 1) above. The key is hanging up in the air handling equipment closet next to the entrance 4) Outside door next to managers office. Lock only the dead bolt using one of the keys on the Event Key ring. The Event Key ring is located in the Pro Shop in a basket in the cabinet beneath the adding machine. 5) Outside door in Men s Room. Same procedure as 4) using the same key. Also, lock the deadbolt only on the door from the clubroom to the Men s room using the same key. 6) Outside door in Ladies Room and door from clubroom to ladies room. Same procedure as 5) above B. Lock Beer Cooler using the key on the Event Key ring. C. Turn out all lights. Only the light above the cabinet in front of the bulletin board in the Beverage Room stays on. 1) Beverage room: 3 light switches are located behind the beer cooler. One is a toggle switch and the other two are dimmer knobs. 2) Ladies Room. Switch is in ladies room. 3) Ladies Room Hallway. Switch is in hallway to ladies room. 4) Men s Room. Switch is in Men s room. 5) Main Floor s And Fans. Switch panel is in the hallway to Men s Room. 6) Dance Floor and Stage s. 4 switch panels in the storage rooms behind the stage D. Thermostats. Turn down to 65. There are 4 thermostats 1) Right side front of dance floor 2) Hall outside of Beverage Room 3) Hall outside of Men s Room 4) On Air Handler Closet wall in clubroom E. Deposit keys before leaving the building in the Air Handler Closet next the main entrance.
