6 3 For the installer Your COOLMOBIL type CM95IX should be installed out by a qualified engineer and in accordance with local and statutory regulations The COOLMOBIL has 2 electrical appliances, namely a dry cooling system, and the driver for the LED lighting. When commissioning these devices, it should be checked whether the voltage and capacity of the power supply match the characteristics listed on the nameplate of the dry cooler and the driver. The LED lighting system is connected in combination with the power supply of the cooling system. This means that both electrical appliances come equipped with a plug. This plug can be accessed via the slot underneath the CM95IX. 4 First-time installation This manual forms part of the CM95IX and should be kept in the folder which has been provided specially. This must be retained throughout the service life of the CM95IX, and must remain within reach of the CM95IX. You will require this manual before the initial start-up process. The CM95IX must be both installed and used by qualified personnel. Before the initial start-up process and during any potential transportation, you must take into account: That the CM95IX may neither shift nor move during transportation by grasping the flying bridge (1) The CM95IX should be installed onto a flat surface; When moving the CM95IX, you must take into account any obstacles situated on the floor which may cause damage to the mobile unit; Any ventilation slots will be visible at the rear of the CM95IX. These ventilation slots should be kept free; The CM95IX comes equipped with 4 swivel, non-marking elastic conductive industrial ball bearing wheels (7), which come equipped with a brake function. Brakes should be applied to the wheels during commissioning. Also read the manuals carefully which are included along with the cooling installation, the LED lights and the driver. 6 CM95IX manual A5A5.indd :18

7 5 Transport The interior of the cooling mobile unit should be emptied at all times during transportation, in order to prevent any damage. The cooling mobile unit should only be tied down to the trunk and not to the flying bridge. Avoid using straps tied to the ratchet at all times to prevent the cooling mobile unit from becoming deformed. The Flying bridge should not be detained when transporting/moving the CM95IX to avoid any damage. The foot brake for the wheels should be both used and secured during transportation. 6 Maintenance/cleaning The CM95IX is made from high quality 304 stainless steel. The influence of salt (e.g. sea air) may see the 304 stainless steel lose its shine and matt to become spread out. The stainless steel can be cleaned with normal cleaning agents. Do not use any abrasives and/or aggressive cleaning agents.. 7 Stainless steel characteristics Some stainless steel features include: corrosion resistant; durable and maintenance-free; homogeneous composition and therefore very hygienic; high sensitivity to scratches* very long service life; high resistance to heat. *Sensitive to scratches: Stainless steel is prone to scratches. This means that they can also be visible even in normal traces. Even with a new extradited COOLMOBIL, it is possible that slight scratches may be visible.these scratches may occur during packaging and throughout the production process. However this is a product feature which is covered by the guarantee. 7 CM95IX manual A5 A5.indd :18

8 8 Image of declaration Perspective view 1 Flying bridge The flying bridge is a patented universal bridge. The flying bridge comes equipped with 3 removable valves (2). The Flying bridge should not be detained when transporting/ moving the CM95IX to avoid any damage. 2 Flying bridge valve After removing an LED, the spotlight can be lifted up from the cover through this hole by using a long object and the hatch from the flying bridge can be accessed. The hollow space inside the flying bridge comes equipped with a power cable for the driver (the LED lights) and 2 LED spotlights, including a driver. The valve can be removed when service is required for the visible components which are located inside the flying bridge.. 3 Valves on the interior vertical parts of the flying bridge The vertical parts of the flying bridge on the inside come equipped with extendable components. After removing the valve on top of the flying bridge (2) both the left and 3 right screws will become visible (4). After removing these screws, the parts in question can be moved upwards. This should be done carefully in order to prevent any damage to the stainless steel. 4 Fastening screw valves inside the flying bridge The 3 visible screws must be removed once the side valves of the flying bridge require dismantling. 5 Digitale display Digital display regarding the operation of cooling unit and LED lighting. For precise instructions, the documentation specifically intended for this process must be consulted. 6 LED lighting The high-quality LED lighting features a driver whose power is connected to the power supply of the cooling unit. This allows the LED lighting to be operated simply by using the digital display (5). By removing the cover from the flying bridge (2). the driver will become accessible and can be replaced if required. The LED lights can be removed by gently pulling downward. A manual is attached for the driver and LED lighting. Please read this carefully before commissioning the BM95IX. 7 Wheels 4 attachable, non-marking elastic conductive industrial ball bearing wheels with a brake function. 9 8 Lower gastronomy tray. This tray due to its gastronomy sizes is suitable for various accessories such as catering based gastronomy trays etc. It may also contain bottles or other objects which must be kept cool.. 9 Ventilation serving tray with compressor For service to the compressor, where the grid can be removed. This is secured by a magnetic closure. 10 Upper gastronomy tray This tray, due to its sizeable gastronomy lining is suitable for various catering accessories such as gastronomy trays etc. It may also contain some bottles which must be kept cool. 11 Uniform tray This tray is suitable for bottles or other objects. This tray is not available in gastronomy sizes. Rear of the COOLMOBIL Bottom slot The bottom CM95IX is provided with a slot measuring 47 x 748 mm. This slot is intended for ventilation and for the passage of any cables. Rear foldable buffet tray The rear of the COOLMOBIL has a dual component folding buffet tray.. The valve can be opened by using the levers. Please note; the buffet tray has a maximum loading capacity of 10 kg! levers at the rear of the buffet tray Using the 2 strong levers on the rear of the buffet tray will allow the buffet tray to be folded. These levers also serve as spacers so that the ventilation slots remain free when positioned against a wall. venting slots Above there is a top valve to allow the entire width of the cooling mobile unit to be folded. The ventilation slots must not be closed because the dry cooling unit must be vented. plate number E CM95IX After opening the folding plate, this will then become visible underneath the upper unit.
