11 HGBKS ## Split Bolt Connectors The HGBKS series of split bolt connectors (also called Servits) compress a run and tap together using a REVERSIBLE mechanical compression. The nut can be completely removed for both conductors to be inserted. All split bolts are CSA and UL listed. The two largest sizes of split bolts are made by poured copper casting and heavy duty. Both of these components require the HU1105 die that fits in any U-Series tool such as the HPAT750 or HY750 both 12-Ton tools. The mounting of the conducting wire is either parallel or perpendicular to the foot print of the terminal.
