The 2 nd Generation Automatic Sewing Line This tubular bag automatic sewing line is composed of 5 parts: automatic feeder, automatic sewing machine, automatic storage, specific-length cutter, and master control. The automatic sewing line is specifically designed for tubular filter bags. Compared to manually operated sewing machines, the sewing line makes bags with more evenly distributed stitches, more accurate lengths, higher speed, and much lower labour cost because of much lower workload. Japan made sewing machine Juki MS-1261 is employed as sewing head. Equipped with prolonged machine arms and shaping tube, this sewing line is more suitable for thick material and glass fibre products than its predecessor. The 3 rd Generation Automatic Sewing Line This new generation automatic sewing line of tubular bags is an upgraded version of its predecessor. While all the advantages of the 2 nd generation are reserved, the new generation adopts a new structure and increases a series of new features which generate higher efficiency, better quality, and simpler and safer operations. The features are: 1. Automatic cloth connection 2. Automatic stop for broken thread 3. Plotting on the side and bottom of bags 4. Automatic adjustment of bag tension i. The conveyor working platform cooperate with the automatic feeder to realize automated continuous processing that saves time and labour cost. Intelligent setup software utilizes material to the maximum rate and saves material cost. USB socket control may work off-line, making operation safer and easier. 5
