No or Low Whistling: If the vibration sheet is shifted or blocked, it will affect the effect of the whistling, then you can unscrew the black handle to see the vibration sheet and the structure inside, adjust the position of the vibration sheet of copper reed to align the cover of fan-shape hole, then correctly to install. 11 About stainless steel Stainless steel is an alloy of Iron with a minimum of 10.5% Chromium. Chromium produces a thin layer of oxide on the surface of the steel known as the 'passive layer'. This prevents any further corrosion of the surface. Increasing the amount of Chromium gives an increased resistance to corrosion. The general perception towards stainless steel is that it is a super alloy that never rusts. Well, this assumption is anything but true. The reality is that stainless steel does rust. The word stain-less does not imply free from stain or stain-impossible. It simply means that the alloy stains less. Therefore, the surface of stainless steel must be cleaned and maintained regularly to keep its surface smooth and extend its service life. When cleaning stainless steel surfaces, care must be taken to avoid scratching and to avoid bleaching components and abrasive washing liquids, steel balls and abrasive tools. 12 Scale/Stain production: Mainly related to water quality. If hard water, insufficient oxygen content in water, water molecules is unstable, the water calcium and magnesium ions will reduce the solubility, increased precipitate to form a scale.! How to clean up water stain? Baking Soda and Dish Soap: Baking soda mixed with liquid dish soap can make a good paste to gently rub on stains. Use a microfiber cloth or other soft cloth to rub in the direction of the grain. Be sure to rinse the stainless steel surface thoroughly, and towel dry. For tougher stains, leave the paste on for hours, then wipe clean. Vinegar: If the stains remain, try vinegar. Pour a little white vinegar or apple cider vinegar onto the stained surface. Let it sit for 10~30 minutes. Then rub it with a soft cloth following the grain of the steel. Remember to rinse thoroughly and towel dry. 10 page

14 ! Preventing Stains on Stainless Steel! Never use bleach or anything containing chlorine or other metal particles or corrosive liquid on stainless steel, and avoid spraying it nearby or having it drip onto stainless steel surfaces. Don't use oven cleaners around stainless steel, either. Prevent any spray or drips from contacting stainless steel. Don't use any abrasive cleaners on stainless steel, and prevent any scrubbing powder dust or specks from contacting stainless steel. Don't use steel wool or other abrasive cleaning tools on stainless steel, which will ruin the protection layer on the surface of kettle and expose it to oxygen attack and form into rust.
