3 Chapter1 General Information 1.1 General Guidelines When servicing, observe the original lead dress. If a short circuitis found, replace all parts which are overheated or damaged by the short circuit. After servicing, see to it that all the protective devices such as insulation barriers, insulation papers shields are properly that the screws, parts and wiring which were removed in order to service are put in the original positions, or whether there are the portions which are deteriorated around the service places serviced or not. And be sure safety of that. 1.2 Caution and Warning symbols We have provided many important safety messages in this manual. Always read and obey all safety messages. This is the Safety Alert Symbol. This symbol alerts you to potential hazards that can kill or injure you and others. any instructions in this manual with the symbol must be followed strictly. To prevent damage to the washing machine, any instructions in this manual with the symbol must be followed strictly. 1.3 Function indication symbols Signify the washing machine has this function. Signify the washing machine doesn't have this function. Chapter2 Features Of The Unit 2.1 Convenient Door The unit has a larger transparent door that you can observe the process of washing conveniently, and you can put clothes in the washer or take them out conveniently. 2.2 Optional Spin Speed you can select different spin speed according to corresponding material of the clothes. 2.3 Unique Gasket Design The unit can left little water in the gasket after the process of washing with the unique gasket. 2.4 Adjustive Delay Time According to different conditions, you can select delay time from 1h to 24h. 7 Do not use flammable detergent or dry cleaning agent, do not use spray inclose vicinity to the washing machine, do not remove or insert the plug in the The carpet must not obstruct the ventilation openings in the base of the washing machine. The door of the washing machine will become hot during the heating process. Avoid contact with the door during the heating process. Forsafety, keep children away from the washing machine. Keep away f rom heat s ources and directsun-light to prevent plastic and rubber components from aging. Keep children away from the packing materials after unpacked. During installation, ensure that the electric cable is not trapped by the washing machine and avoid damage the electric cable. The washing machine should not be installed outdoor or in a damp place. If the water leakages or splashes, drying naturally is allowed. Before using, check the joints of the filling hose, the tap and the drain age hose for possible problems from water pressure fluctuations. If joints are loose or there is leakage, turn off the tap and repair. Do not use the washing machine until the hoses 5

Steel wires in bras will pop out during washing, so never 6

The indicator lamp on the upper left.corner of the key will illuminate to indicate that the washer has started. If it needs to pause the washing process,simply press the Start/Pause key and then dicator lamp and remining time display will blink and the washer enter into condition. Press the Start/Pause key again to resume washing process.(note: Press the Start/Pause key again to resume washing process.(note: Press the Start/Pause key only after the desired program and festure are set.) C Soak Button Press the key slightly, the key light displays. The washing machine doesn't drain the water after the last rinse, but the laundry remains in a soak. To spin the laundry, press this key again. The key light disappeared, and the program continue to the end. The function is used to prevent the laundry creasing when left in the drum for a long time 7

10 D Prewash Button Press the key and the light in the key will illuminate. This function may adds a prewash program before a normal wash.please see Programm Guide. E Delay Time Press the key to select the desired time when the washing progress completes. When setting this feature, the indicator lamp on the upper left corner of the key will illuminate. Time reservation range is from 0.5 to 24 hours. The reserved time will increase by half an hour at each pressing of the key. When the feature is set, press Start/Pause key,and the reserve time will be displayed and count down. At the same time, reservation indicator lamp start blinking and will go off after the washer enters into normal washing progress. Note:If proam key is turned after delay time is set and before program starts, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. When delay feature is activated, the washing start time is fixed. There will be some different between the delay time and actual program completion time due to different water inlet time and load distribution condition during spin-dry process. F Strong Wash Button Press the key and the light in the key will illuminate.this function may add the washing time and spin time and rinse time,it can be selected when washing dirty clothes.this feature is unavailable in some programs. Please see Program G Program Selector By turning this knob, it is possible to select the desired program.refer to Program Guide H Wash Time Key Press the key and select the wash time,it adds 5 minitues for each press.please see Program Guide. I Temperture Selection Key Press the key and LCD will display the selected heating temperature(--,30,40,50,60,90 C), which is adjustable as needed. Note: -- means cold water washing and not heat up. J Rinse Key Press the key and select the rinse time,it changes for each press. Please see Program Guide K Speed Selection Key Press the key and LCD will display the selected spin-dry revolution speed(0,400,600,800,1000,1200rpm).which is adjustable as needed. (When NO Spin-dry feature is selected,the time will decrease correspongingly.) L Spin Key Press the key and select the spin time, it change according to the speed. Please see Program Guide 8

11 M Load Key Turn the Program selector to select the desired program (see Program Guide.) Press the key and manually select different program and power-saving and water-saving feature based on the volume of load. The LCD display screen indicates the selected load L-1~L-A. Note:The load selection depends on the selected program.l-1~l-a maximum five load selections are related to the volume of the laundry. While the laundry volume is larger than the half tub volume, recommend to select L-4~L-A where applicable ; While the laundry volume is smaller than the half tub volume, recommend to select L-1~L-3 where applicable; N LCD LCD is a window to display information including washing status, washing progress, reservation time, remaining time, heating temperature, spin-dry speed, load selection and error as well as well as to display addition all features such as power clean,super clean rinse and foaming check ect. Upon opening of the package, water drops maybe seen on the plastic bag and the porthole. This is normal phenomenon as a result of water test in the factory. 8.2 D i s m a n t l e t h e packing bolts T h e p a c k i n g b o l t s a r e designed for clamping antivibration components inside of the washing machine during the transportation process. Before use: Remove the back plate; Remove the three packing bolt son the back plate and take out the rubber hose; Replace the back plate; Fill the holes by the packing bolts with plastic plugs. 11

14 (Attention:The packing bolts and rubber hose should be kept in a safe place for later use) 8.3 Adjusting the washing machine There are adjustable feet under the bottom of the washing machine. Before use, the washing machine should be adjusted, as shown in Fig.3, so that it is level. 8.4 Joining the InletHose to the Washing Machine Connect the nut on the inlethose to the connector on the water valve. The height of the drainage outlet must be cm. To prevent the drainage hose from dropping of it to the drainage hose clip at the tie-in of water inlet valve absorb water gasket nut of water inlet tube back of the washing machine. Use the drainage holder to keep the end of the drainage hose retained and to prevent the of water. It is recommended that drainage hose tensions not be used; if an tension is needed, please consult a service man. The appliance is to be connected to the waster mains using new hose-sets and that old hose-sets should not be reused. 8.5 Connect of Power Supply Before connecting to the power supply, check: The socket is adequate for the ma imum power of the washing machine (For safety, fuses in the power circuit should be rated no less than 15 A). The voltage should meet there quirement. The power outlet should be capable of accepting the washing machine plug. The washing machine must be earthed before use. Supplementary earth cable should not be necessary if the socket is connected to the earth. Supplementary earth cable should be installed on the upper back of the washing 12

15 machine and connected to the earth if the power supply socket has no earth connection. Chapter9 Trouble Shooting 9.1 Error Display and Trouble Shooting Error message:door is not properly shut 20s after program is started. Pushing the door to check whether the door is shut or not. Shut the door properly Cut off the power and then turn on again.check the voltage between brown wire and blue wire of door lock, is it between AC V? Door lock is damage, and has to be replaced, and then make sure the wire is connected properly. Check if the wire connecting door lock and PCB is loose Connect the wire properly Check the voltage between brown wire and blue wire of PCB, is it between AC V? Replace PCB Error message:drainage error, water not emptied within 4 min. Check if water is emptied Cut off power and water level pressure switch wire 13

16 x Check if drain pump acts by touching pump position Check if drain pump or drain pipe is jammed, and open the filter and clean Cut off the power and choose spin program to start, then check the import voltage of drain pump, is it between AC V? Replace drain pump Cut off power and pull out water level pressure switch wire connection. Set spin program to start. Check the export voltage to drain pump, is it between AC V? The wire between PCB and drain pump is not connected properly. Replace the wire Replace PCB Error message: Temperature sensor is not properly connected or damaged (display at the end of a program). Cut off power and measure the resistance of temperature sensor by NTC exist open circuit.replace it Check if NTC is connected properly Connect NTC well Check the two black wires of NTC, are they connected well? Connect all wires well Disconnect the two black wires from PCB, and measure if the resistance between the two black wires of PCB is it infinite? Replace the wire. Replace PCB 14

17 Error message:the required water level is notreached within 8 min. Check if water is leaking from washer bottom. inlet pipe. drain pipe or other pipe connection. Readjust or replace the broken parts Check if tap is closed or water pressure is too low. Open the tap or wait for normal water pressure to use Check if the inlet value is jammed. Clean the inlet value Draw out the dispenser and check if water is entering. Open the tap or wait for normal water pressure to use drain pipe not reach 80. Observe if the height of em. If water level the hose is leaking gas Turn on power, and set pre-wash mode, then start. Check the import voltage of electromagnetic valve by multimeter, is it between AC V? Electromagnetic valve must be broken, please replace it. Check if export voltage from PCB to electromagnetic valve, is it between AC V? The wire connected PCB and inlet valve is notproperly. Please reconnect it or replace it. Error message:motor speed error.it may be not properly connected or damaged. Cut off power, and check if motor wire is connected well Connect them well and test. Check if the wire of motor is connected wellwith computer board. Connect them properly and test. 15

18 Pull out the motor insert string, and check the resistance of motor speed measurer and the winding of the motor, is it as followed? Replace the motor. Check the import voltage is it between AC V? Replace computer board Error message. Water level exceeds protective value. Cut off power and check if motor wires are connected well Measure if resistance of motor winding by multimeter, is it as followed? Pull out the wire connection of motor. Then check if circuit is open by multimeter Reconnect well Put the motor in normal temperature about ten minutes, and then test again. If the resistance is natural, it is caused by overheated protection. Then check and deal with overload, abnormal voltage. If not, please replace motor Repair wires Error message. Motor overheat protection or is damaged. Check if water switch hose and air collector are jammed Clean water switch hose and air collector put out the handle to see if the box follow water put up the pip and to see if the height is 80cm Without power,connect inlet pipe to inlet vavle,then open the tap and observe if water is entering in dispenser Replace inlet valve 16

Self check 1.How to start Press the strong wash button and power on at the same time, activate self-inspection program the LED will display button,machine model will be displayed; Press "start/pause" button agin, self-inspection program will start. 2. Test item 1) When the door switch is closed for 3 seconds, 88:88 will be displayed. 2) When the main wash valve allows water to let in for 5 seconds, 77:77 will be displayed. 3) When the prewash valve allows water to let in for 5 seconds, 77:77 will be displayed. 4) When the softy water valve allows water to let in for 5 seconds, 77:77 will be displayed. 5) When the main wash valve, the prewash valve and also the softy water valve allow water to let in for 5 seconds at the same time, 77:77 will be displayed. 6) Heater runs for 10 seconds, 66:66 will be displayed. 7) The drain pump runs for about 1 mins, 55:55 will be displayed 8) Continue to drain,distribute for 10 seconds at speed 90rps and spin for 30S at speed 800rps 44:44 will be displayed. 8) Self-inspection end: END will be indicated on display. Model selection 1.Press the rinse button and power on at the same time for 4 seconds, and it will enter the model-selection mode.the default display shows The shows display 1460,the speed button can adjust among1460/146a /1260/126A /1250/125A /1060/106A /1050/105A.It is avaiable to power off when press the storage temperature button. 3.The type only can adjust from the high speed to low speed, and can not reverse adjust (for example: 1200 model can adjust to 1000 types, but not from 1000 to 1200 types). 4.When the temperature sensor NTC disconnected, can adjust in reverse direction. 5.Model HW S/1081 you should choose 1260/
