2 INTRODUCTION NOTE: There is a screw on the back to prevent the massage mechanism from moving during shipping. This screw must be removed before turning the unit on. FEATURES Rolling and Kneading massage action Manual and automatic modes Optional heat and vibration Target full back, upper back or lower back 15-minute automatic shutoff SET UP Insert the power plug into an AC outlet. Press the Power button to enter standby mode. If the rollers are not at the bottom position, the light on the Power button will flash and the rollers will return to the bottom position. Press the Power button a second time to turn the device off. If no button is pressed within 1 minute, the unit will power down automatically and the rollers will reset to their original position. [Note: After turning off the power, DO NOT UNPLUG the device until the rollers return to the bottom position and the indicator light turns off!] CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS Rolling Mode Press Rolling for full back rolling, vibration and heat. The Full back massage is the default setting in Rolling mode, but you can select Upper or Lower back for targeted massage. Press again to stop. Shiatsu 1 Mode (Kneading) Press the Shiatsu 1 button once to begin the Shiatsu 1 massage program with vibration and heat. Press again to stop

3 CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS [CONT.] Shiatsu 2 Mode (Offset Kneading) Press the Shiatsu 2 button once to begin the Shiatsu 2 massage program with vibration and heat. Press again to stop. Vibration Mode Press Vibration once to engage Vibration in the seat area. Press again to stop. In Vibration mode, the cushion vibrates for 1.5 minutes, turns off for 1 minute, then repeats the cycle. Note: The vibration turns on automatically in some programs, but you can turn it off manually with this button. Heat The Heat function works when the Shiatsu 1, Shiatsu 2 or Rolling program is activated. Press the Heat button once to turn the heat on. Press a second time to turn the heat off. Note: The heat turns on automatically in some programs, but you can turn it off manually with this button. Automatic Modes Press the Auto button once to run the full Auto 1 massage function. Press a second time for Auto 2 and a third time for Auto 3. Press a fourth time to stop. Full / Upper / Lower The Full, Upper and Lower functions work when the Shiatsu 1, Shiatsu 2 or Rolling program is activated. These buttons help you target your massage by selecting the full back, upper back or lower back area. Spot Up / Spot Down The Spot Up / Spot Down buttons work when the Power is on. Use these buttons to find the exact spot you need to massage. Width The Width function is only available in the Rolling mode. Press the Width button once, twice or three times to select one of three roller width settings. IMPORTANT After turning off the power, DO NOT UNPLUG the device until the rollers return to the bottom position and the indicator light turns off! Safety Warnings The recommended usage is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of use, the device will turn off automatically. Do not use the appliance in wet conditions as this may result in malfunction or electric shock. Do not use the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Before using, consult a physician if you are pregnant, suffering from heart disease or experiencing any other health concerns. Do not use this device if the fabric or cover is torn
