2 Five countries, five school gardens, one common goal: entrepeneurship and promotion of ecological agriculture in our students. It looked challenging at the beginning but it rocks now! It does because our students and their commitment to the project and our gardens is really amazing, an outstanding one.

4 Project summary: The project aims to develop entrepreneurship skills among students, encouraging them to know and to use some local resources through activities related to organic farming and tourism, anchored in the prosecution of seven objectives:. promoting scientific knowledge of processes and products, using the research and cultivation of the most adaptable onion species within the countries(regions) involved and of local endogenous plants and vegetables, regarding environmental and economical sustainability;. promoting ancient professions related to organic farming and some added value products such as herbal salt, tourist routes, crèmes,...;

5 Project summary:. promoting exchange of knowledge concerning professions, processes and products among the countries involved, by means of ICT;. promoting social inclusion for some students through their participation in more practical activities;. promoting multiculturalism through the exchange of scientific and cultural data among the 5 countries;. promoting the potential for job creation in the area of organic farming, by providing students with scientific and entrepreneurial skills;. promoting critical skills for the future viability of new professions, by providing the students with selfesteem, sense of achievement and assertiveness.
