Applicant desires to install a proposed twelve-inch (12") steel gas pipeline in a twenty-inch (20") steel casing pipe and a proposed six-inch (6") steel gas pipeline in a twelve-inch (12") steel casing pipe by jack and bore beneath the tracks of Reading Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad Company where such tracks cross over SR 2032 (Foote Avenue) via grade crossing no P. within the PennDOT right-of-way in Duryca Borough, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania as shown on Exhibit A hereto.

3 Installing the twelve-inch (12") steel gas pipeline with twenty-inch (20") casing and the six-inch (6") steel gas pipeline with twelve-inch (12") casing will not require any surface excavation within the bed ofthe railroad at the crossing, and will be accomplished by jack and bore within the roadway of SR 2032 (Foote Avenue) beneath the grade railroad crossing. 5.
