2 Access times Term time 6.30am 7.30pm Monday-Tuesday 6.30am 8.30pm Wednesday & Thursday 6.30am 6.00pm Friday Holidays 8.00am 4.00pm Mon-Thurs 8.00am 3.30pm Friday On arrival/departure all visitors, staff and contractors must sign in/out at reception In the event of an accident the school s First Aid room is located next to Reception. The school has a qualified first aider. In the event of an emergency please dial 999. In the event of a Fire or a continuous alarm sounding, please vacate the building at the nearest exit and meet at the fire assembly point situated at the far end of the site within the sports area. Contractors all works CDM checklist must be completed and signed prior to commencement of any works with the Site Manager. All completed works must be signed off as satisfactory by the Site Manager or Caretaker. Staff any member of staff working within the school should acquire a walkie-talkie from the Site Manager/Caretaker on arrival and return it at the end of the day.

Inform Site Manager/Caretaker who will in turn inform the Catering Manager Gas British Gas Water Welsh Water The water can be turned off at several locations around the school. Consult the site plan and Site Manager for further details. Telephones/ BT Broadband In the event of power failure affecting IT services, the Site Manager/Caretaker will inform the Network Manager and leave a message if he is not immediately available. Reception 0 Radiation key is kept in reception if required by emergency services Asbestos register must be viewed and works carried out in an appropriate manner either under CAT B conditions or licenced works as appropriate. The register is kept within the Site Manager s office. Services Locations Map please see attached for known Gas/Water and Electric routes. If in doubt, please consult the Site Manager/Caretaker.
